“Had to stay here as my flight got delayed. The room was absolutely filthy. There was hair in the shower, a beer bottle cap behind the toilet, desk was sticky, lamp stand had grime on it, stains on the floor, the list goes on. I had the desk bring up fresh bed sheets because I did not trust housekeeping's cleanliness at this point, so I asked for fresh sheets, and they brought up the wrong size sheets, and the "clean" sheet was dirty as well! I'm so unsatisfied with the stay here. I wouldn't have come here if my flight was on time.”

“Ótima localização com atendimento muito bom. Os quartos são muito bons e eles têm um restaurante bastante grande no local. Devido às minhas recompensas, recebo os benefícios de acesso ao lounge do concierge e foi ótimo. Na primeira noite, comeram Beef Wellington e Chicken Dumplings. A 2ª noite foi seguida por Porcos em miniatura em um cobertor e Asas. Excelente equipe no lounge e muito bem abastecido. O café da manhã no lounge deixou algo a desejar, mas a noite definitivamente foi feita para isso.”
