Eu consegui o melhor quarto puramente por acaso. Eu tinha um cantinho perfeito de vegetação e pude assistir um esquilo e alguns coelhos enquanto estava sentado na mesa do meu quarto. O quarto estava limpo e em bom estado de conservação e, ao contrário de muitos hotéis em que estive, não senti como se estivesse ouvindo tudo o que estava acontecendo no quarto ao lado. Eu estava lá para uma conferência e as instalações eram muito boas. Sem problemas com ecos para que pudéssemos ouvir os alto-falantes. Ruído de fundo mínimo de outros quartos. Cadeiras e mesas limpas e confortáveis. A equipe foi incrível. Eu consegui seguir instruções claras e fáceis de seguir das senhoras na recepção e, quando estava parando para admirar a vegetação, a equipe que passava por lá verificou para ter certeza de que eu não estava perdido e não precisava de ajuda com minhas malas.

Conseguí la mejor habitación por pura casualidad. Tuve un pequeño rincón perfecto de vegetación y pude ver una ardilla listada y algunos conejitos mientras estaba sentado en el escritorio de mi habitación. La habitación estaba limpia y en buen estado y, a diferencia de muchos hoteles en los que he estado, no sentí que estaba escuchando todo lo que sucedía en la habitación de al lado. Yo estaba allí para una conferencia y las instalaciones eran muy bonitas. No hubo problemas con los ecos para que pudiéramos escuchar a los altavoces. Mínimo ruido de fondo de otras habitaciones. Sillas y mesas limpias y cómodas. El personal fue increíble. Obtuve instrucciones claras y fáciles de seguir de las señoras de la recepción, y cuando me detuve para admirar la vegetación, el personal que pasaba por allí comprobó que no estaba perdido y que no necesitaba ayuda con mis maletas.

I got the best room purely by chance. I had a perfect little corner of greenery and got to watch a chipmunk and some bunnies while sitting at the desk in my room. The room was clean and in good repair and, unlike many hotels I've been to, I didn't feel like I was hearing everything going on in the next room. I was there for a conference and the facilities were very nice. No issues with echoes so we could hear the speakers. Minimal background noise from other rooms. Clean and comfortable chairs and tables. The staff was awesome. I got clear easy to follow directions from the ladies at the front desk, and when I was stopping to admire the greenery, staff that were walking by checked to make sure I wasn't lost and didn't need help with my bags.

WOW 🤯 Eu vim para o memorial day e foi uma das MELHORES experiências que já tive em um hotel. Isso significa muito, pois viajo a trabalho mais de 200 dias por ano e já estive em muitos hotéis. Eu tenho status, então eu estava esperando um upgrade, mas fui colocado em um chalé separado que foi INCRÍVEL ... tinha um tanque de peixes e uma mesa de sinuca. Os quartos eram extra grandes e era tranquilo, então eu tive um ótimo sono. O meu apresentava uma banheira de hidromassagem e um chuveiro extra grande, além de pias duplas. Eu não queria sair imediatamente então prolonguei minha estadia e no dia seguinte pude experimentar a piscina e caminhei um pouco pelo campo de golfe. ⛳️ Também tomei café da manhã e jantei no restaurante dentro do hotel. A propriedade é um refúgio tão perfeito e eu definitivamente voltaria aqui. Tirei muitas fotos porque esta propriedade tinha tantas comodidades, mas realmente precisa ser experimentada, então reserve agora. . Obrigado pela hospitalidade...

WOW 🤯 Vine para el día de los caídos y fue una de las MEJORES experiencias que he tenido en un hotel. Eso es decir mucho, ya que viajo por trabajo más de 200 días al año y he estado en muchos hoteles. Tengo estatus, así que esperaba una mejora, pero me colocaron en una cabaña separada que era INCREÍBLE... tenía una pecera y una mesa de billar. Las habitaciones eran muy grandes y era tranquila, así que dormí muy bien. La mía tenía una bañera de hidromasaje y una ducha extragrande, así como lavabos dobles. No quería irme de inmediato, así que extendí mi estadía y al día siguiente pude experimentar la piscina y caminar un poco por el campo de golf. ⛳️ También desayuné y cené en el restaurante dentro del hotel. La propiedad es un escondite tan perfecto y definitivamente regresaría aquí. Tomé muchas fotos porque esta propiedad tenía muchas comodidades, pero realmente necesita ser experimentada, así que reserve ahora... Enorme saludo a Jeff, que fue un gran anfitrión y muy agradable e hizo que mi estadía fuera tan increíble como podría haber sido . Gracias por la hospitalidad...

WOW 🤯 I came for memorial day and it was one of the BEST experiences I've ever had at a hotel. That's saying a lot as I travel for work more than 200 days a year and have been to many hotels. I have status so I was hoping for an upgrade but I got placed in a separate cottage that was AMAZING... it had a fish tank and a pool table. The rooms were extra big and it was quiet so I had some great sleep. Mine featured a jetted tub and an extra big shower as well as double sinks. I didn't want to leave immediately so I extended my stay and the next day I got to experience the pool and walked a little of the golf course. ⛳️ I also had breakfast and dinner at the resturaunt inside the hotel. The property is such a perfect hideaway and I would definitely make my way back here. I took a lot of pictures because this property had so many amenities but it truly needs to be experienced so book now...Huge Shout out to Jeff who was a great host and really personable and made my stay as Awesome as it could have been. Thank you for the Hospitality...

Normalmente não escrevo comentários, mas sinto a necessidade de fazer isso para este hotel. Havia uma infestação de formigas no quarto. Quando informamos a recepção sobre isso, o gerente riu e não ofereceu nenhuma solução. Atendimento ao cliente muito ruim. As camas também eram extremamente desconfortáveis e os lençóis pareciam muito ásperos.

Recepção e arrumação foram excelentes. Muito profissional e atencioso.Os quartos são mais antigos e podem se beneficiar de alguma atualização/limpeza profunda (poeira endurecida em cima dos eletrônicos, papel de parede começando a descascar um pouco, etc).

Normalmente no escribo reseñas, sin embargo siento la necesidad de este hotel. Había una plaga de hormigas en la habitación. Cuando informamos a la recepción al respecto, el gerente se rió y no ofreció ninguna solución. Muy mal servicio al cliente. Las camas también eran extremadamente incómodas y las sábanas se sentían muy ásperas.

I don’t typically write reviews, however feel the need to for this hotel. There was an ant infestation in the room. When we informed the front desk about it, the manager laughed and offered no solution. Very poor customer service. The beds were also extremely uncomfortable and linens felt really rough.

Front desk and housekeeping were great. Very professional and accommodating. The rooms are older and could benefit from some updating/deep cleaning (caked dust on top of the electronics, wallpaper starting to peel a bit, etc).

Nuestra Red Herprenuer de mujeres tuvo un evento allí este sábado. Las instalaciones eran hermosas, los empleados fueron muy agradables y la comida fue increíble. Our women's Herprenuer Network had an event there this Saturday.The facility was beautiful, the employees were very pleasant, and the food was amazing. In the bathrooms were immaculate! We had a wonderful time! A big thank you to the staff and Thank you for you allowing us to use your facility.

My wedding was held at this location yesterday, and the personnel was outstanding. Very nice people that are willing to go out of their way to help you. O hotel é bom. Poderia usar um pouco de atualização. Muito limpo. Por que não obteve 5 estrelas? Você deve solicitar o serviço de limpeza com 24 horas de antecedência. Sim está certo. Se você quiser que sua cama seja feita, toalhas limpas, etc., você deve colocar a placa na porta para o que deseja que seja feito. Bem, fizemos isso e por 2 dias sem toalhas limpas e sem cama feita. Eu paguei $ 300 por noite por este hotel e o mínimo que eu esperava era ter minha cama feita e toalhas limpas todas as manhãs. INFELIZ!!!!!

El hotel es bonito. Le vendría bien una pequeña puesta al día. Muy limpio. ¿Por qué no obtuvo 5 estrellas? Debe solicitar el servicio de mucama con 24 hrs de anticipación. Sí, eso es correcto. Si quieres tu cama hecha, toallas limpias, etc., tienes que poner el cartel en la puerta de lo que quieres que se haga. Bueno, lo hicimos y durante 2 días sin toallas limpias ni cama hecha. Pagué $ 300 por noche por este hotel y lo mínimo que esperaba era que me hicieran la cama y limpiaran las toallas cada mañana. ¡¡¡¡¡NO FELIZ!!!!!

The hotel is nice.Could use a little updating. Very clean.Why it didn't get 5 stars?You have to request maid service 24 hrs in advance. Yes that's right.If you want your bed made, fresh towels, etc., you have to put the sign on the door for what you want done.Well we did that and for 2 days no clean towels and no bed made.I paid $300 per night for this hotel and the least I expected was to have my bed made and clean towels every morning.NOT HAPPY!!!!!
