Central e muito bem arranjado Quarto não muito grande, Mas francamente bonito com a extensão para a casa de banho, em vidro na parte superior da parede, que tem um bom impacto. Pessoal e pequeno almoço suficientes. Não tem garagem própria, mas acordo com um parking que fica aproximadamente a 15 min, a pé, do Hotel.

We spent just two nights in the hotel, but we didn’t have a good experience. Our room, 001, didn’t have much natural light and we spent most of the time with the lights on. We also had super noisy neighbours that kept us awake pretty much all night, to the point where we had to bang on the wall. Lastly, they charge 35€ for dog per night. It’s true they give you a dog bed, but for the price it should include a massage, dog food and much more. Manager contacted with us to apologise for the inconvenience which is why I’m giving it a two star and not a one.

Experiencia inmejorable . Hotel muy bonito , la habitación amplia y con detalle de bienvenida de agua y café . Está situado cerca de la plaza mayor y del casco histórico pero en una zona muy tranquila .

Aunque indican que el hotel es pet-friendly, cuando llegas te hacen firmar que te comprometes a no dejar al perro solo en la habitación en ningún momento, ni siquiera para desayunar, por lo que mi mujer y yo tuvimos que desayunar cada uno por separado. Además, la habitación que nos dieron tenía el suelo todo rayado (no por perros precisamente) y tras pasar la primera noche, tuvimos que quejarnos para que nos hicieran la habitación, porque a las 15:20 estaba sin hacer ni parecía que la fuesen a hacer en breve.

Espectacular ubicación, a 2 minutos andando de la plaza Mayor y el casco histórico de Cáceres. Se encuentra en un palacio perfectamente conservado. Habitaciones modernas y cómodas. Desayuno variado y de calidad. No dispone de aparcamiento propio pero puedes llegar con el coche hasta el hotel para dejar las maletas y luego utilizar un parking concertado a 5 minutos a pie con precio muy asequible (10 euros). No olvidar dar la matrícula del coche en el hotel, para que no te multen por acceder al centro.

Hemos pasado cuatro noches en este hotel y me ha gustado mucho. Está muy bien ubicado y cerquita de un parking público. La habitación con vistas a una placita era amplia y agradable. El desayuno bueno y variado. Lo que mas me ha gustado ha sido la simpatía y amabilidad del personal; especialmente el personal del restaurante es maravilloso. Lo recomiendo totalmente.

El NH Palacio de Oquendo fue el hotel que elegimos en nuestra Boda para alojar tanto a la familia directa de los novios como a la mayoría de los invitados que venían de Madrid. Una auténtica delicia de hotel, excelentediría yo. El servicio del hotel es serio y con compostura correcta. Las zonas comunes muy bonitas y bien cuidadas. Habitaciones más que correctas. La cama en la línea de los NH una auténtica pasada, el colchón extraordinario, las sábanas y las almohadas una pasada, confortabilidad, tacto y descanso 100% asegurado. Por poner un único pero, el agua de la ducha salía con presión insuficiente bajo mi juicio. Sería conveniente que revisasen si es por obstrucción de cal o por falta de presión en la instalación.

Un edificio histórico muy bonito por fuera y remodelado por dentro. La parte mala es que para llegar a la habitación no te libras de pasar por escaleras (por lo menos la nuestra) por lo que personas con problemas de movilidad deberían preguntar antes de ir. La habitación era muy grande, con vistas a la plaza, y muy bien equipada, al igual que el baño. El trato del personal de recepción muy bueno.

Wonderful refurbished historic building, staff is charming and polite, and for a relaxed weekend Caceres must be one of the best places to go from Madrid. Be aware of high temperatures during summer though!

Before was better. Now (covid time) hotel removed all free things...no tea set in the room, no things for shower (just 1 gel and shampoo)... breakfast is so so(not very fresh fruits and panaderia)... too expensive hotel for new covid conditions

Almost in the middle of the historic area of Cáceres, itself set in an period building overlooking a small square. Quite challenging to get there by car, and then do another circuit to the external car park. Room was quite basic for an NH, with two beds pushed together to make a double, but as the rate was a fantastic bargain, I didn't complain. Breakfast was predominantly served at the tables because of the pandemic, in a very noisy downstairs cavern. Excellent staff
