“we booked a jr. Suite for 3 nights and paid with breakfast in advance but we got a room with half underground looking and you felt like you are in basement. When we complained we got a standard room at a price of a Jr Suite. e.g. at the booking the room size , room facilities or the big window in the picture were all not there.
- We wanted to reduce the stay and requested to reduce for 1 night and our request was rejected. We left the hotel after one night and we were still charged full amount for 3 nights including breakfast we didn't have and the nights we didn't spent.
- Parking , the hotel says there is a parking but but only when you arrive there you are being told it has nothing to do with the hotel. Reception said you deal directly with the park house. - Now the problem is that is a strange looking place where they don't let you drive your car in to the parking. They keep the key and park it for you (no , i am not talking about fancy Valet Parking where they pickup the key at the hotel :-) ).
- I have my app for the car and in the night i see the window is open and the car is not locked , so i went there and ask to keep the car closed in the night if they keep the key. Hotel answer is its not us you deal with them we have no responsibility.”
