“The location is perfect. One stop from Frankfurt airport. Then a 2 min walk to the hotel. The room was clean and very roomy. The buffet breakfast was probably one of the best I've ever had.”

“Overpriced and disorganized with the bookings. Overall very good quality of the bed, bed sheets, room furniture, bathroom equipment. The hotel is super clean and beautiful. Staff was super friendly, but unhelpful.

We've booked a room with two separated beds, but we've got a couple's bed room. When we talked to the receptionist, she said they've made a mistake but there's nothing they could do about it.
So they've made me and my friend share the same sleeping surface. We were kind of ok with it, but this made me feel like they didn't really care about us. They didn't offer any discount or anything.
All of that was without breakfast included for about 150 euros per person.”
