Quarto com cheiro de mofo, restaurante com horário reduzido. Pessoas amáveis na recepção, só o que se pode elogiar. Foi uma decepção as instalações.

O ar acondicionado do quarto não funcionou. Quarto com duas camas e só uma mesinha de cabeceira. Pouca pressão da água do chuveiro.

Pouco cuidado na limpeza dos quartos. Os grupos são destinados para a ala antiga do hotel. Senti-me prejudicada, reclamei, fui realojada em habitação muito boa. O mesmo aconteceu com outros 3 amigos, que não reclamaram portanto, nada foi feito. Má localização em relação ao Centro.

Recomiendo habitación superior con balcón. Muy buen desayuno, cenas estupendas, hall amplio, piscina... Quizás deberían reforzar el servicio de camareros en terraza, a veces esperábamos bastante para poder tomar una copa. Las camas super cómodas. Volveré sin duda

We had a decent stay here. Our room was good enough. No complaints on it. Clean but not enough to make us go ahead with the 2nd night we had considered. Nice pool and patio eating area. Pretty bad service. And the bartender fought loudly with people both days we were around. One day it was very loud & kept going with a customer who he wouldn't allow to pay. Stopped & restarted so odd & heated. Very limited menu. Limited drinks and food. Acceptable pricing and the food was edible but the only place in all of Italy my pizza was soggy. I would not have been shocked if it had been frozen or made ahead. Nice fish & pasta & pizzeria restaurant just down the boardwalk. It's a Lil rough looking but darn good food. Highly recommend the lobster pasta. Sicily & Palermo we loved. Not alot for us to do that we found, we just couldn't find much information on what to do, but we loved the city & met some kind people

We chose a hotel with pool since hot weather, and pool area was indeed very popular. Big trees gave shaded areas to relax in.Room modern and ok. Staff friendly enough. Breakfast not the best but ok. Would have put 4 stars if not for the fact that staff allowed guests to smoke at outside breakfast, bar and pool area - I think that’s not allowed in Europe anymore. Not nice. Also some guests coffed a lot from - i guess covid - which is a bit scary but not against restrictions anymore. I would still recommend this hotel if staying in Palermo during summer.

This is our 2nd time here, and unfortunately we won't go back here next time. We had overused room last time and now current room is dirty, no window (it's a corner room -no other free room after claim), no soap, no coffee machine (just a calcid extra-old kettle), 2 towels for 3 people (no respond after claim). The terrace glass, chairs are very dirty we can't and we didn't want to sit there. We are disappointed in NH, not a level of the hotel group... 5th floor's corridor is also dirty, and it seems this is for Eastern European block.... Don't we deserve the same level? BUT Constantine at pool bar is extremely kind and hasprofessional skills!!!

This place is like an oasis of peace and luxury in an otherwise very poor and dirty city. I don’t suggest you to visit Palermo, but if you decide to do so, this hotel will feel like a breath of fresh air.

Too expensive for what it was. The breakfast is nice but the swimming pool is only open during a restricted time and it is very far from the center. I totally regret of not having stayed somewhere else.

Excelente servicio del bar/restaurante. Personal súper amable. Solo que deberían mejorar un poco la limpieza de las habitaciones y solucionar el problema del sistema de luces que tienen, las luces se prenden y apagan solas. Muy bueno pero tenes que estar preparado para que se te prendan las luces de la habitación solas a las 3am!

Buen hotel con una ubicación excelente junto al parque botánico. Habitaciones justas pero cómodas. Falta que puedas hacer tu café o infusión en la habitación. Buen restaurante con buena terraza para comer o tomar algo. La piscina merece la pena y tiene al lado la playa y el centro histórico. La atención de los empleados del hotel muy buena con un servicio excelente.

Clean and well organized facility. The staff here is attentive and are doing a great job. Breakfast this morning was good. I found everything I wanted and was happy with the entire experience. Dinner for our group last night was good as well. Service was great. Our room is simply alright. Very clean and the bed was great. Excellent water pressure and hot water. Two more nights to go but this is a good start.

Decent hotel and good location. We arrived at night and parked in the public spaces right outside. There did seem to be some unofficial parking attendants running some kind of parking space control scam, but they ignored us. Not sure why the hotel and local police allow it to operate.

Maravilloso. Cuando reservas en un NH tienes asegurado de que vas a tener una magnífica atención y unas estupendas habitaciones. Las habitaciones son amplias, con un gran armario,aire acondicionado,nevera con agua, coca cola y cerveza gratuita, cama King Size, Cargador USB en los dos lados de la cama además de enchufes, baño completo con un buen secador de pelo y bastantes amenitis. Tiene también una piscina grande muy bien acondicionada. Nosotros cogimos la habitación con desayuno y es muy variado y tienen muchísimas cosas. En cuanto al aparcamiento, no tienes por qué dejarlo en el del hotel, justo en la avenida de enfrente puedes dejarlo, hay mucho aparcamiento. El hotel es céntrico de todo el casco antiguo, a 10 minutos andando del centro del casco antiguo para ver todos palacios, iglesias y calles muy curiosas de esta bonita ciudad.

Great location to explore the city. The staff is also very efficient throughout our stay. The rooms need a good refurbishment and the bathrooms a good cleaning. Sofa beds are extremely uncomfortable. Unfortunately the breakfast leaves to be desired - the variety is huge but the quality is poor. When it comes to parking the hotel charges 20 euros per day, however they have a parking area outside the hotel which is free and very safe … I would recommend this option.

Un hotel con maravillosas vistas al mar. Las habitaciones muy limpias y amplias. El desayuno lleno de variedades y una bella terracita para poder disfrutar tu mañana, y no nos olvidemos de la piscina que es bastante grande y se esta bien en las tumbonas debajo de los árboles. El servicio fantástico.

Buen hotel , y precio razonable. Sin embargo no le doy 5 estrellas porque en las fotos el ares de la pileta se ve muy distinta a la realidad, además de que consumir una bebida allí es más caro que un hotel de lujo. Me han cobrado 5 euros por un vaso de gaseosa mediano de máquina ... raro .De igual manera , siempre es importante además resaltar lo positivo y la realidad es que es uno de los pocos hoteles limpios y con piscina qué hay en palermo , así que lo recomiendo si van a estar por esta zona .Recomiendo ? Si Volvería ? Si , ya que ha de ser el mejor en la zona
