“Wonderful place. Very well located. Rooms are extremely clean, and cozy. The staff was extremely welcoming and friendly. Mattia at the reception was very professional and helped me my requests. Food is just lush!”

“After booking the penthouse for almost 2000 euro per night, we were informed on arrival that despite the 280 s.m. room, 12 person dining table, and seating for 22, only 4 people were authorized to be in the room at any given time.As we had booked the room for a business conference dinner, this was obviously unacceptable.Apparently the staff had not read their own website which advertised the room as both “a charming setting for city breaks, unconventional events and élite parties….the ideal location for photo shoots, small conferences and out of the ordinary meetings” and “a perfect location for unforgettable parties attended by celebrities and international jet-setters.”After 2 hours of explaining their obvious gaffe, they informed us that they could allow the event provided we pay an additional fee, sign a lengthy contract, and be subjected to surveillance outside our room for the duration of the event.Not particularly surprising as the customer service in Northern Italy is quite behind the times, but still disappointing given the amount of money spent.Lesson learned...we'll be looking for another hotel for our next conference.”
