“The location is great and the view from the room is superb.
I have checked in with 2 girls on the reception and both were nice. Manuela especially she has been so welcoming and professional; she has helped me to scan my documents, get few things to my room. She is a star and perfectly represents the Novotel brand.

“We stayed a night here to attend a gig. The hotel has its own underground car park but it was full when we arrived. We parked down the street in the open air car park.
Our room (5th floor corner room) was very good. Spacious and clean. All the staff we encountered were friendly and helpful. We had planned to eat a late lunch in the hotel's adjoining restaurant (the Soap Factory) but Saturday is "bottomless brunch" day which meant it was packed and VERY noisy!
Breakfast on checkout day was delivered to our room (there's a charge for this) and was very good.
On the whole we enjoyed our stay. Nice hotel in a good location. Would definitely stay here again.”
