“I booked this hotel for 7 days quarantine after see the good review. It started with i waited in airport for more than 15min at arrival area. I was sent to hotel by taxi. The room is spacious but the lighting is insufficient especially at working desk. Food given was so simple, plain and boring. I was served 2 meal with chicken breast and 2 meal fish fillet. As food is important during quarantine, hope hotel should look into the menu. I have same quarantine last year in other hotel but food was good with many different variety each meal. Appreciated the hotel take immediate action after i complain on food during day 2 but in overall, food is key factor that make me will not recommend or come back again for quarantine.”
