“Booked this hotel with a price match deal and it was okay. Rooms were small but the bed was comfortable and the bathroom was a decent size. They have free breakfast but it's all granola bars and pastries, nothing healthy or hot. Not worth paying for if it wasn't free. I don't know why this is considered a 4 star hotel. It's more like a 3 star hotel. There was no restaurant, no hot food, no room service, the "bar" was just used for the self-serve breakfast but no drinks. The 3 star Marriott Courtyard down the street is even much nicer. It was fine since I was able to book it with a price match deal but if I had to pay full price, I would have been very disappointed. “The Onyx hotel is in a decent location, as it is walking distance to local attractions. Our check in was simple, and the room was ready earlier than expected. There were 4 of us staying in the room, which was extremely tight.The room and beds were small.Even the window was extremely small. Some of the room amenities listed were not in the room as stated.No mini bar.And, we had to request a coffee maker. The room itself was fairly clean.Except for the TV remote, which was filthy.The disinfecting wipe used to clean the remote was black. Parking was by valet only, which was $68.Way overpriced! Definitely did not live up to my expectations of a Hilton property. Will not be staying there again.
