Great service. Excellent facilities. A bit pricey but you get what you pay for. We’ve stayed at dozens of other 5 star hotels in the city that cost a little less. They were not worth the money you save, when compared to the Park Hyatt.

This review is more for the Spa Nalai inside the Park Hyatt. I did a ton of research on the best luxury spa experience for couples, and decided on coming here. It was near perfect.... The facilities are first rate, and the quality/experience level of the masseuses were also excellent. You can always tell within the first 5 minutes of a massage how experienced the masseuse is... And ours didn't disappoint. We reserved the private couples suite which was a very nice massage suite with a large marble tub, shower for 2 (or 3...😌). The only other spa that comes close is the one at the Mandarin Oriental, but the Park Hyatt wins with a pool and hot tub facilities. Prices are accordingly rated.... After all, this is right in the heart of "Billionaires Row.".

Very disappointed with this hotel. For a hotel that charges $1100 or more per night, they sure love to nickel and dime you. My wife called down to reception for “some water” in the middle of the day. No specifics, just wanted a few bottles of water...like what most hotels give you complimentary at check in. We get our bill this morning and, sure enough, there was a $100.40 charge for five bottles of water. One more time...one hundred dollars...for five bottles of water. We tried talking with two people about it and the “best they could do” was refund half of it. I never write reviews, but this has made me so unbelievably mad that I’ll never stay at one of their hotels again. We had no idea what the cost was, it was never told to us at any point, and no one seemed to care about how obviously frustrated we were. Unbelievable.

Amazing hotel, centrally located and full of top tier amenities. I was impressed by the hotel. The room was great, but does show signs of wear and tear in shower area (rust) . For $750 a night, service should be a little better honestly. I wasn't given instructions on how to use the elevator , kinda annoying. But overall OK.

Can you use better house car like other 5 star hotels in NY? I recommend using Bentley or Rolls Royce. We pay over $1,000 a night to stay here. I think the house car can use an upgrade. Please do this ASAP.
