“* long waiting time on arrival day due to understaffing / only 1 lady at the reception * worn out room / cigarettes on the terrace in the joints / Dirty walls. * hardly space between bed and wall, then still with a concrete pillar in the middle of the room * on arrival no toilet paper in the room - I got it at the reception desk * the extra pillows had no cover - asked - should be clarified - has not happened until my return trip * No Lunch Packages available instead of breakfast * Bad Service for a 4star hotel”

“Pros: The location and the breakfast was good. Cons: You will hear a noise of fan running when turning on the a/c. No cooling at all, but a not-so-fresh smell. We had to open the windows for sleeping this summer as that was far better than the A/C. 2 Lifts to be taken to go to the second floor. Its like changing platforms in metro stations.”
