“When we pulled up, I thought I had made a horrible mistake booking her. Please looks old and run down. Definitely does not have a good curb appeal. Inside is better. It definitely is older and not kept up extremely well, but the room was clean and good size. We could not get any hot water in the shower, but had very hot water in the sink. There was only one ice machine working for the four floors so needless to say, ice was not easy to come by. The staff was nice and professional. Kay was extremely helpful when my wife left her glasses in the room. She went above and beyond and deserves a huge pat on the back. Thank you so much Kay.”

“I would not recommend staying here or come back to this hotel unless I had no other choice. I will start by saying that nothing bad happened and no one was rude to us, but the hotel is just not in a nice condition. We arrived at around 9pm and were able to find a spot in the parking lot. Check in was quick. The lobby area, hallways, and elevator already look rundown. Our room wasn’t extremely bad, but there were gross white stains on the bed sheets. The bathroom was all dinged up. Basically, if you have to sleep somewhere, you can sleep here, but I wouldn’t recommend much else. Nothing bad happened to the car while we were parked, it was fine. Nothing bad happened to us while we were sleeping.”
