This hotel is very beautiful. The staff was very friendly and efficient.The room was decorated very nice with usb ports close to the bed. However,there is a barn door on the bathroom, so this hotel goes on the list of "Never Again". I'm not sure what satanic demon had the idea of hotel bathroom barn doors, but they certainly deserve the after life they will be receiving. The 1" gap in the door is unacceptable, may as well leave it open.We've been married 30 years but some things still need privacy. Este hotel é muito bonito. A equipe foi muito simpática e eficiente. O quarto foi decorado muito bom com portas usb perto da cama. No entanto, há uma porta de celeiro no banheiro, então este hotel entra na lista de "Nunca Mais". Não tenho certeza de que demônio satânico teve a ideia de portas de celeiro de banheiro de hotel, mas eles certamente merecem a vida após a morte que receberão. A abertura de 1" na porta é inaceitável, pode deixá-la aberta. Estamos casados há 30 anos, mas algumas coisas ainda precisam de privacidade.

Here for a business trip with my job. The surrounding areas wasn't the greatest but overall we loved our room. Clean, nice view, very relaxing, great customer service and absolutely loved the shower! Me and my husband will definitely be returning for our own getaways 🥰 Aqui para uma viagem de negócios com o meu trabalho. As áreas circundantes não eram as maiores, mas no geral adoramos nosso quarto. Limpo, bela vista, muito relaxante, ótimo atendimento ao cliente e adorei o chuveiro! Eu e meu marido definitivamente voltaremos para nossas próprias escapadelas 🥰

Nice hotel with a great view that I’ve been coming to for years.It appears as though since the last time I was there an update of the rooms was attempted.It looked more modern but the work was done very cheaply and it shows in the rooms.I was sad to see this hotel going down hill.On the other hand, and why I’m giving it 4/5 stars, is because of the staff.They were incredible, professional, and helping any way possible. Nice hotel com uma excelente vista que eu venho há anos. Parece que desde a última vez que estive lá foi tentada uma atualização dos quartos. Parecia mais moderno, mas o trabalho foi feito muito barato e mostra nos quartos. Fiquei triste ao ver este hotel descendo a colina. Por outro lado, e por que estou dando 4/5 estrelas, é por causa da equipe. Eles foram incríveis, profissionais e ajudando de todas as maneiras possíveis.

The room was large, the view was nice and the hotel was clean. The garage is not accessed through the hotel but it is an easy walk. The hotel bar is undeserved and the food leaves lots to be desired. Ask not to be near the aging elevators as they bang and are loud all day and night. The front desk staff was nice but not overly welcoming. There are few good restuarants nearby and the town area is not great. I would choose a different hotel next time. O quarto era grande, a vista era agradável e o hotel era limpo. A garagem não é acessada pelo hotel, mas é uma caminhada fácil. O bar do hotel é imerecido e a comida deixa muito a desejar. Peça para não ficar perto dos elevadores antigos, pois eles batem e são barulhentos o dia e a noite. A equipe da recepção foi bom, mas não excessivamente acolhedor. Existem poucos bons restaurantes nas proximidades e a área da cidade não é grande. Eu escolheria um hotel diferente na próxima vez.

Gave this place three stars because of the room not being clean. There was hair in the bathroom and the shower was dirty.Not to mention there was an unpleasant odor in the room when I entered. I travel with cleaning supplies and there was no need to call and complain. I cleaned my room and made it work!The employees are friendly. I had an issue with the tv and the guy promptly came up and resolved the issue. The food I order from the bar was delicious and the bartenders weregreat.I was traveling on business and enjoyed my stay.The view is beautiful! Deu a este lugar três estrelas porque o quarto não estava limpo. Havia cabelo no banheiro e o chuveiro estava sujo. Sem mencionar que havia um odor desagradável no quarto quando entrei. Eu viajo com material de limpeza e não havia necessidade de ligar e reclamar. Limpei meu quarto e deu certo!Os funcionários são simpáticos. Tive um problema com a tv e o cara prontamente veio e resolveu o problema. A comida que eu pedi no bar estava deliciosa e os barmen foram ótimos.Eu estava viajando a negócios e gostei da minha estadia. A vista é linda!

Beautiful hotel with an amazing view of Norfolk! The rooms were also very clean! The staff was very nice and welcoming. There was only an indoor pool and it was a bit outdated. There were 2 family reunions and some other event going on this weekend, so it was very crowded. It took us over an hour to get our wings and fries but it they were delicious so I guess it was worth it. The drinks from the bar were also very good! Will definitely stay again, hopefully when it’s not as crowded Lindo hotel com uma vista incrível de Norfolk! Os quartos também eram muito limpos! A equipe foi muito agradável e acolhedora. Havia apenas uma piscina coberta e estava um pouco desatualizada. Havia 2 reuniões de família e algum outro evento acontecendo neste fim de semana, então estava muito lotado. Levamos mais de uma hora para obter nossas asas e batatas fritas, mas elas estavam deliciosas, então acho que valeu a pena. As bebidas do bar também eram muito boas! Definitivamente ficarei novamente, espero que quando não estiver tão lotado

This Hotel is definitely a beautiful hotel however I’ve had better for the price. You don’t get room service if you do not ask. we was told we had to ask for fresh clean towels and if we wanted our beds made. Our hotel room floor was extremely dusty. The jacuzzi wasn’t available for use. Only 2 elevators were working from the 4 that was available. We paid $$850 for2 days . Definitely not worth it. Only great part about this hotel is the view and the aesthetic of the rooms. Este hotel é definitivamente um lindo hotel, no entanto, eu já tive melhor pelo preço. Você não recebe serviço de quarto se não pedir. foi-nos dito que tínhamos que pedir toalhas limpas e se queríamos nossas camas feitas. O chão do nosso quarto de hotel estava extremamente empoeirado. A jacuzzi não estava disponível para uso. Apenas 2 elevadores estavam funcionando dos 4 que estavam disponíveis. Pagamos $$850 por 2 dias. Definitivamente não vale a pena. Our overall stay was pleasant and location is pretty good too. It’s by the water and has great views through the windows. To get around places you have to constantly cross the tunnel. Pros Clean rooms and updated bathroom w sliding door Good location Offers indoor parkingCons Bad room service We stayed for 4 nights and housekeeping never cleaned our room, never offered fresh towels nor toiletries. When I called the front desk I was told that they don’t clean rooms on daily basis but 4 days straight? Nossa estadia geral foi agradável e a localização também é muito boa. Fica perto da água e tem ótimas vistas pelas janelas. Para se locomover em lugares você tem que atravessar constantemente o túnel. Prós Quartos limpos e banheiro atualizado com porta deslizante Boa localização Oferece estacionamento cobertoContras Serviço de quarto ruim Ficamos por 4 noites e arrumação nunca limpou nosso quarto, nunca ofereceu toalhas limpas nem artigos de toalete. Decidí ospedarme allí porque conocía otras instalaciónes d esa cadena de hoteles, pero esta vez fue opuesto a los anteriores. Las instalaciones no eran muy buenas, a pesar d q tienen buen espacio pero no lo aprovechan para la distracio del cliente. El jacuzzi estaba muy sucio. Las decoraciones y recepción estaban muy bonitas, el baño d la hab, sin aire y muy mal drenaje
