“This year we have been to the Riu Palace Jandia for the repeated time and take back the same beautiful impressions as before.The direct beach location as well as the extremely nice staff (especially the waiters and live cooks are unbeatably friendly and personable) really make this hotel special. The food has always been very tasty, fresh and plentiful. There is something for everyone here.The rooms are well laid out and quite spacious, even if they are getting on in years so that sliding doors can rattle in the wind or block drawers. The room service was actually always good, something was only forgotten once and something like that happens and is therefore not to be rated as bad.Yes, the complex has a lot of stairs and some people might need 2 days to find their way around, but the property is built into the slope and so it just couldn't be any other way. In addition, you have a direct view of the sea from almost every room, which makes up for the few stairs.However, I "only" give it 4 stars because the house needs a refresh in many corners and some of the furniture. Otherwise I would give 5 stars for service and location.”

El hotel está en una excelente ubicación, bien cuidado y limpio. Está construido en la ladera de la colina, por lo que hay muchos pasos que algunos visitantes del hotel, especialmente para personas (mayores) piensan que me resulta difícil. Pero la vista desde las terrazas en la larga playa blanca El mar es muy hermoso.Hay acceso directo a la playa y se encuentra en los hermosos paseos marítimos de Playa Jandía para caminar.Desde el hotel está a solo unos minutos a pie del centro con tiendas, restaurantes y bares.

Un hermoso hotel está ubicado directamente en Playa Janda con una vista fantástica del mar, especialmente al atardecer puede ver el sol desde la terraza del hotel o la terraza de la habitación, la playa es espaciosa y muy limpia, solo puedo recomendar el hotel

Mi familia y yo (2 adultos, 2 niños) nos alojamos aquí por una semana. Desayunamos y cenamos buffet incluido. La comida y el servicio a su alrededor es algo extra. Se puede saber cuando un verdadero artesano hace algo. Estos chicos realmente saben cómo realizar una excelente calidad. ¡Todo en el buffé es realmente muy bueno! Cada noche hay un tema especial, si te enfocas en eso no te decepcionará. Además del tema, hay muchos más platos de calidad. El personal es muy amable y se esforzó para brindarle una experiencia realmente buena. La limpieza de la habitación también es excelente. Para su información, hemos estado en un montón de hoteles con buffes y este es, de lejos, el mejor.

You can tell when something is done by true a craftsmen. These guys really know how to perform excellent quality. Everything on the buffé is really really good! Each night there is a special theme, if you focus on that you will not be disappointed. Beside the theme there is plenty of more quality dishes. The staff is really nice and put a big effort to give you a really good experience. The room cleaning is also excellent. FYI we have been at plenty hotell with buffes and this is by far the best.

The hotel is in a great location, well-kept and clean. It is built into the hillside so there are many steps that some hotel visitors especially for (older) people think I find it difficult. But the view from the terraces on the long white beach , the sea is very beautiful.There is direct access to the beach and located in beautiful Playa Jandia beach promenades for walking.From the hotel it is only a few minutes' walk to the center with shops, restaurants and bars.

A beautiful hotel is located directly on Playa Janda with a fantastic view of the sea, especially at sunset you can watch the sun from the terrace of the hotel or room terrace, the beach is spacious and very clean, I can only recommend the hotel

La vista era muy hermosa justo en frente de la playa. Había un jacuzzi y el paisaje desde allí era el mejor. Inmediatamente después de la llegada, el personal salió y me ayudó con mi equipaje y tomó una copa de bienvenida. El personal del restaurante y la ubicación del desayuno también fue muy cortés, amable y agradable. Los niños disfrutan de la piscina y el personal que realiza las actividades para niños está muy agradecido por jugar con mi hijo. Jugó todos los días durante cuatro días consecutivos e hicieron manualidades juntos. Saludé el último día, pero el niño parecía solo. Nadie era callado y ruidoso con otros clientes. Restaurantes y playas cercanas están a poca distancia.

The view was very beautiful right in front of the beach. There was a jacuzzi and the scenery from there was the best. Immediately after arrival, the staff came out and helped with my luggage and had a welcome drink. The staff at the restaurant and breakfast location were also very courteous, friendly and nice. The kids enjoy the pool and the staff who do the kids activities are very grateful for playing with my son. He played every day for four consecutive days and made crafts together. I greeted the last day, but the child seemed lonely. Nobody was quiet and noisy with other customers. Restaurants and beaches nearby are within walking distance.

El mejor hotel al lado de la maravillosa playa de jandia. Es mi lugar de relax, de desconectar. Servicio excelente, desayuno y cena de los mejores hoteles que he visto. Personal muy atento, te vas queriendo volver pronto. No es un hotel para niños ya que no hay entretenimiento para ellos, y un hotel sin muchos niños es maravilloso para relajarte y disfrutar de tranquilidad, solo escuchar el mar y el viento. Fantástico

Hemos estado en Fuerteventura varias veces, pero por primera vez en Riu Palast Jandia. Estuvimos 10 días y muy satisfechos. Los empleados son todos super agradable, amable sentir como en casa. Todo estaba muy limpio, la comida era muy buena y variada. Creo que las escaleras son geniales 👍 que te mantienen en forma 💪. sin duda volveremos ... mirada hacia adelante ... saludos del amor a todo el equipo

Estuvimos allí en enero de 2019. La casa de las escaleras lo golpea perfectamente. Pero eso es todo con comentarios negativos. De lo contrario, la ubicación es perfecta. Las habitaciones no son las más nuevas ni las más modernas. Pero limpio! El personal era amable y no podíamos quejarnos en absoluto. La relación precio / rendimiento fue perfecta! Volveríamos de nuevo ✌️

We have been to Fuerteventura several times, but for the first time in Riu Palast Jandia. We were 10 days and very satisfied. Employees are ALL SUPER NICE, FRIENDLY you feel at home. Everything was very clean, the food was very good and varied. I think stairs are great 👍 that keeps you fit 💪. We will definitely be back ... I'm looking forward ... best regards to the whole team

We were there in January 2019. The house of the stairs hits it perfectly. But that's it with negative comments. Otherwise the location is perfect. The rooms are not the newest or most modern. But clean! The staff was friendly and we couldn't complain at all. The price / performance ratio was perfect! We would come again ✌️

The best hotel next to the wonderful beach of Jandia. It is my place to relax, to disconnect. Excellent service, breakfast and dinner from the best hotels I've seen. Very attentive staff, you want to return soon. It is not a hotel for children as there is no entertainment for them, and a hotel without many children is wonderful to relax and enjoy tranquility, just listen to the sea and the wind. Fantastic

El hotel es muy bueno. Cómo aguanta Riu.No es grande, piscina pequeña.Acogedor con muchas plantas en el interior. No hay parque.¡Un poco mayor, pero limpio! ¿Un "palacio" y solo 3 estrellas? ¡Si! Como titulares de tarjetas RIU, conocemos muchos hoteles Palace. Muy bien:- habitaciones amplias, casi todas con vistas al mar- Bañera grande que también se usa como ducha, desafortunadamente con cortina de ducha- Amabilidad, servicio y gastronomía- Pequeño gimnasio modernoMuy mal:- ¡Escaleras, escaleras y muchas más escaleras! En ninguna parte se menciona esto con tanto detalle.- No se puede acceder al restaurante sin escaleras. ¡Imposible no mencionar eso!- Tienes que tomar el ascensor principal hasta la larga y hermosa playa de arena. Luego, tome un camino largo y rápido (con escaleras) hasta el elevador de la playa. Si crees que estás abajo, otra gran escalera de caracol a la playa !!- La "zona de SPA" también se encuentra en este nivel. Todo era muy antiguo, una sauna y solo 2 (en palabras DOS) sillas de playa. No hay servicio de bebidas.Otro punto negativo. Quienes vivan en la parte izquierda del hotel escucharán el sonido a veces muy fuerte del Robinson Party Club, que está justo al lado. A mediados de noviembre, debe esperar una edad promedio alta.Si te gusta mi comentario, por favor dame un 👍 (pulgar hacia arriba) Me gusta.

Aunque, como ya se describió, que el hotel está envejeciendo, no hay nada de qué quejarse. Las amplias habitaciones siempre están muy limpias, el personal es muy bueno, habla alemán y es cortés, y la comida es excelente. En la primavera de 2020, el hotel será renovado. Feliz de nuevo!

A "palace" and only 3 stars? Yes! As RIU cardholders, we know many Palace Hotels. Very well:- large rooms, almost all with a sea view- Large tub also used as a shower, unfortunately with a shower curtain- Friendliness, service and cuisine- Small modern fitness roomVery bad:- Stairs, stairs and a lot more stairs !! Nowhere is this mentioned in such detail.- The restaurant cannot be reached without stairs. Impossible not to mention that!- You have to take the main elevator down to the long and beautiful sandy beach. Then take a long, brisk path (with stairs) to the beach elevator. If you think you are downstairs, another big spiral staircase to the beach !!- The "SPA area" is also located on this level. Everything was very old, a sauna and only 2 (in words TWO) beach chairs. No beverage service.Another negative point. Those who live in the left part of the hotel will hear the sometimes very loud sound from the Robinson Party Club, which is right next door. In mid-November you have to expect a high average age.If you like my comment, please give me a 👍 (thumbs up) I like it.

Although, as already described, that the hotel is getting old, there is nothing to complain about. The large rooms are always very clean, staff very good German speaking and courteous and the food is great. In the spring of 2020, the hotel will be renovated. Gladly again!

Muy agradable, habitaciones amplias y limpias , aunque el mobiliario algo anticuado. La gastronomía muy buena y variada. El personal de los restaurantes, tanto el buffet , como el restaurante a la carta son muy amables y serviciales. Y en general el resto de servicios. : recepción , jardinería, camarera de guardia y limpiadoras con un siempre amable, buenos días, buenas noches, que tengan ustedes un buen dia etc, que por otra parte siempre ha caracterizado a los distintos hoteles Riu que hemos visitado.

Un gran hotel con un personal muy agradable, limpio, ordenado y justo en el paseo marítimo. Habitación moderna y amueblada, espaciosa, con mucho espacio para su ropa y una bonita terraza. La comida es variada y muy buena. Las bebidas no eran baratas, pero de buen gusto y numerosas opciones de selección. Las tumbonas de buena calidad son abundantes y pueden equiparse con colchonetas de espuma. No se necesita reserva 😉!Gimnasio muy decente, buen tenis de mesa y estudio de masajes en el hotel. Casi todos los empleados hablan bien inglés y alemán.La gerencia del hotel, que no considera necesario anunciar los trabajos de construcción en el guía turístico, no toma en consideración a los turistas. La mayoría de las veces, estos trabajos se llevarán a cabo en septiembre (no la primera vez) y no se realizarán los viernes, sábados y domingos.

Si tiene niños, no se moleste y si no puede manejar escaleras o caminar mal, este hotel no es para usted. Mi padre y yo tuvimos una semana excelente a mediados de febrero.

Un hotel para veraneantes que quieren un ambiente tranquilo pero que quieren ser atendidos por todos lados. Edad promedio 45+.Por tanto, el programa nocturno se adapta a la edad media.Única en el hotel es la playa gigantesca con acceso directo desde el hotel. Eso compensa mucho para los amantes de la playa. La caminata de 10 minutos hasta Morro Jable también es agradable, un lugar lindo, lindo y la ubicación directa al lugar más cercano casi en frente de la puerta. El pequeño chiringuito también vale oro.Cabe destacar un masaje corporal completo en el centro de bienestar. Económico y con mascarilla y masaje de reflexología podal incluido. ¡Es una experiencia!En general, es un hotel algo antiguo, pero el gimnasio ha sido remodelado y ahora hay potentes secadores de pelo. Las habitaciones son enormes y la comida deliciosa.CONCLUSIÓN en cualquier momento otra vez!

La ciudad de Jandia, el hotel y especialmente la comida entera, simplemente increíble. Si buscas paz, esta isla en las afueras, así que Villa Winter, por ejemplo, es genial. Mientras tanto, esta nave ya no es visible. Inclinada a un lado y devorada por el banco de arena.

Durante muchos años nuestro destino de vacaciones.El RIU es uno de los hoteles aún no renovados que no nos importa. Super ubicado justo en la playa.La comida siempre es muy buena.El personal es muy agradable. Nos conocemos como personal, en parte, durante mucho tiempo trabajando allí. Este año hemos estado en el Riu Palace Jandia en repetidas ocasiones y recuperamos las mismas hermosas impresiones que antes.La ubicación directa en la playa, así como el personal extremadamente agradable (especialmente los camareros y cocineros en vivo son inmejorablemente amables y agradables) hacen que este hotel sea realmente especial. La comida siempre ha sido muy sabrosa, fresca y abundante. Hay algo para todos aqui.Las habitaciones están bien distribuidas y son bastante espaciosas, incluso si están envejeciendo, de modo que las puertas correderas pueden traquetear con el viento o bloquear los cajones. El servicio de habitaciones siempre fue bueno, algo se olvidó solo una vez y algo así sucede y, por lo tanto, no debe calificarse como malo.Sí, el complejo tiene muchas escaleras y algunas personas pueden necesitar 2 días para orientarse, pero la propiedad está construida en la pendiente, por lo que no podría ser de otra manera. Además, tiene una vista directa al mar desde casi todas las habitaciones, lo que sin duda compensa las pocas escaleras.Sin embargo, hay "sólo" 4 estrellas mías porque la casa necesita una renovación en muchos rincones y algunos muebles. Ubicado directamente en el hermoso paseo marítimo de Playa Jandia. La habitación con vista directa al mar invita a pasar horas acogedoras en el balcón. En la cena, la cocina era algo diferente cada noche. Solo en el desayuno todavía hay un potencial de mejora, ¡pero para las condiciones españolas más que TOP!

Un hotel realmente agradable con un personal muy atento y amable en todos los niveles. Necesita reformas aquí y allá. No recomendaría a los niños solo la piscina para entretenerlos. El menú de comida es tan variado que sería difícil no encontrar una comida adecuada. Mención especial para Paul, el asistente del gerente, que es un verdadero profesional y tiene todos los atributos necesarios para que uno se sienta muy cómodo y agradable. Está a la altura de los mejores que he encontrado en todo el mundo. Un gran activo para la organización RUI. Así que sí, puede estar seguro de que estará bien atendido en este hotel.

Tuvimos unas vacaciones maravillosas y relajantes. Bueno, la edad promedio que nosotros (48 y 19) ya hemos bajado enormemente. No hay hotel de fiesta. Nosotros tampoco queríamos eso. La comida era estupenda. La piscina que casi teníamos para nosotros mismos. La playa es gigantesca. La forma de llegar a 131 pasos desde nuestra habitación era nuestro entrenamiento diario. La parte superior del personal.

Really nice hotel with very attentive and friendly staff at all levels. In need of refurbishment here and there. Would not reccomend for children only the swimming pool to entertain them. Food menu is so varied that it would be difficult not to find a suitable meal. Special mention to Paul the assistant manager whois a true professional and has all the attributes required to make ones stay very comfortable and enjoyable. He is on par with the best I have encountered around the world. A great asset to the RUI organisation. So yes you can be assured you will be well catered for at this hotel.

My husband and I spent a wonderful 10 nights at Hotel Rui Palace Jandia.We booked with Tui.We had a private taxi to and from the airport which was about an hour and 15 minutes each way.When we arrived it was dinner time, we were booked in and escorted to the restaurant. We were instantly made to feel welcome.After our first tasty meal, we went back to reception where we were told our luggage had been taken to our room.We had requested a top floor pool view, via Tuiin the booking request section.We were over joyed to have a top floor pool view, with the added bonus of a sea view to boot.The room was huge, 2 twin beds, lounge area, large bathroom, dressing area, 2 large wardrobes, draws etc. Daily cleaned to a high standard.All the staff were so friendly, and would always say Allo or a wave.I believe we were the only English guests and it was great, as the language barrier was never an issue.Paul the assistant manager was so helpful and friendly. He made sure everyone was greeted whilst entering the restaurant, he would take the time to come and chat to you. Nothing was to much trouble and made every guest feel at home.The food was delicious, it was buffet style, and loads of it everyday. A wide variety of meat, fish, vegetarian etc. The dessert's were equally plentiful and varied.If you want a place away to relax then this is the place.The entertainment, which are local acts finish at 10-30pm ish every night, then it was all quite. All we could hear was the waves from the sea as we went to sleep.Thank you Paul (assistant manager)Lola on reception and all the staff for a wonderful stay.

A great hotel with very nice staff, clean, tidy and right on the beach promenade. Modern furnished room, spacious with plenty of space for his clothes and nice terrace. Food is varied and very good. Drinks were not cheap, but good in taste and numerous selectable. Good quality sunbeds are plentiful and can be fitted with foam mats. No reservation needed 😉!Very decent gym, good table tennis and massage studio in the hotel. Almost all employees speak good English and German.The management of the hotel, who does not consider it necessary to announce construction work at the tour guide and takes no consideration for the tourists. Most of the time, these works will take place in September (not the first time) and will not take place on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays.

A hotel for vacationers who want it quiet but still want to be looked after all around. Average age 45+.The evening program is therefore adapted to the average age.Unique to the hotel is the gigantic beach with direct access from the hotel. That compensates for a lot for beach lovers. The 10 minute walk to Morro Jable is also nice, a cute, cute place and the direct location to the nearest place almost in front of the door. The small beach bar is also worth gold.A full body massage in the wellness center should be highlighted. Inexpensive and with a mask and foot reflexology massage included. Is an experience!All in all a somewhat old hotel, but the gym has been newly equipped and there are now powerful hairdryers. The rooms are huge and the food delicious.CONCLUSION anytime again!

This year we have been to the Riu Palace Jandia for the repeated time and take back the same beautiful impressions as before.The direct beach location as well as the extremely nice staff (especially the waiters and live cooks are unbeatably friendly and personable) really make this hotel special. The food has always been very tasty, fresh and plentiful. There is something for everyone here.The rooms are well laid out and quite spacious, even if they are getting on in years so that sliding doors can rattle in the wind or block drawers. The room service was actually always good, something was only forgotten once and something like that happens and is therefore not to be rated as bad.Yes, the complex has a lot of stairs and some people might need 2 days to find their way around, but the property is built into the slope and so it just couldn't be any other way. In addition, you have a direct view of the sea from almost every room, which makes up for the few stairs.However, I "only" give it 4 stars because the house needs a refresh in many corners and some of the furniture. Otherwise I would give 5 stars for service and location.

The restaurant staff, both the buffet and the à la carte restaurant are very friendly and helpful. Located directly on the beautiful promenade of Playa Jandia. The room with direct sea view invited to cozy hours on the balcony. At dinner, the kitchen was something different every night. Only at breakfast there is still some potential for improvement, but for Spanish conditions more than TOP!

We had a relaxing, wonderful holiday. Well, the average age we (48 and 19) have already pulled down enormously. No party hotel. We did not want that either. Food was great. The pool we almost had for ourselves. The beach is gigantic. The way to reach 131 steps from our room was our daily workout. The staff top.

Magnificent! Excellent service and tasty restaurant. Highly recommend this hotel for a quiet, relaxing holiday. If you have children - don't be bothered and if you cannot manage stairs or walk poorly - this hotel is not for you. My father and I had a superb week in mid February.

Regresé de una estadía de nueve noches que nos costó un brazo y una pierna, pero probablemente porque reservamos en el último minuto en las vacaciones escolares.Riu Palace tiene hermosas playas y encantadores restaurantes locales. La comida está bien, pero solo hacen media pensión. Tienes que pagar por el agua en la cena: - ((. Hay un mini bar en la habitación y nuevamente pagas por lo que usas al final de tu estadía. (Consejo: vacía el mini bar y coloca las botellas en el al lado y compre 2 botellas medianas de agua, algo de sangría :-), queso y salami y mantequilla pequeña y el almuerzo se clasifica si lo desea :-). El personal del hotel es muy acogedor y amable. El club infantil es muy básico pero todavía lo disfrutaron. Solo pudimos tener una vista lateral del mar y una vista de la carretera, lo que creo que arruinó un poco nuestras vacaciones, ¡así que reserve una vista completa del mar! Hace toda la diferencia. Si viaja con niños, duerme en en la misma habitación y duermen en un sofá cama. Sin embargo, sigue siendo agradable y espacioso. Si son una pareja, vaya al centro comercial Cosmo justo en la parte superior por la noche, ya que hay alrededor de 3/4 clubes con buena música. Hay muchos escaleras, así que utilicé esto como algo positivo para hacer algo de ejercicio. No volvería, pero eso es solo por lo que estaba buscando. Quería Hacía deportes acuáticos donde podía alquilar veleros y botes de peddle con la familia, pero tenían instructores para todo. Hay paseos en bote a los que puedes ir, pero nunca llegamos a hacerlo. Aunque estaba con mis 2 hijos, estaba buscando algunos bares más animados por la noche que, lamentablemente, no estaban allí. Corralejo es una visita obligada, por lo que puede visitar esa zona la próxima vez. Si busca relajación total en las playas durante el día y visita algunos restaurantes locales por la noche, esto es para usted. Si te apetece una pizza, ve a la del piso 02 del centro comercial Cosmo. Hay muchas tiendas locales que venden ropa, ¡vale la pena comprar algunos vestidos de verano! También hay un mercado africano, pero no recuerdo los días en que está, por lo que vale la pena comprobarlo, pero asegúrese de regatear los precios. Solo hay una piscina, pero nadie está realmente en ella. Hace un poco de frío, pero mi consejo es entrar allí el día 01 y sentir el frío y como con cualquier piscina, después de eso estarás bien !! ¡No dejes que las fotos te tienten a ir porque me encanta tomar fotos! Siga lo que realmente quiere de las vacaciones ... x

Returned back from a nine night stay which cost us an arm and a leg but probably because we booked last minute in the school holidays.Riu palace has lovely beaches and lovely local restaurants. The food is OK but they only do half board !!! You have to pay for water at dinner :-((. There is a mini bar in the room and again you pay for what you use at the end of your stay. (Tip: empty out the mini bar and put the bottles to the side and buy 2 medium bottles of water,some sangria :-), cheese and salami and small butter and lunch is sorted if you wish :-). The staff at the hotel are very welcoming and friendly. Kids club is very very basic but they still enjoyed it. We only managed to get a side sea view and view of the road which i think ruined our holiday a little so book a full sea view !! Makes all the difference. If you are travelling with kids, you sleep in the same room and they sleep on a sofa bed. Still nice and spacious though. If you are a couple, go to Cosmo shopping centre right at the top at night as there are about 3/4 clubs with good music. There are lots of stairs so I just used this as a positive to get some exercise !!! I wouldn't return again but that's just because of what I was looking for. I wanted to do watersports where I could hire sail boats and peddle boats with family but they had instructors for everything. There are boat rides you can go on but we never got around to it. Even though I was with my 2 kids, i was looking for some more livelier bars at night which were just not there unfortunately. Corralejo is a must apparently so may visit that area next time. If your looking for total relaxation on beaches in day and visiting some local restaurants at night then this is for you. If you fancy a pizza, go to the one on the 02nd floor in the Cosmo shopping centre. There are lots of local shops selling clothes- worth buying some summer dresses out there!! There is also an African market but can't remember the days it's on so worth checking but make sure you haggle the prices down. There is only one pool but no one is ever really in it. It's s bit cold but my advice is to get in there on the 01st day and feel the coldness and as with anyone pool, after that it you will be fine!!Don't let photos tempt you into going as I love taking pictures !! Go by what you actually want from the holiday...... x

Dazu direkter Strandzugang.Pool nicht riesengroß, aber vollkommen ausreichend. Poolterrasse mit Blick über die Playa.Das Abendessen bot ein zwar gleichbleibendes Grundgerüst, wurde aber täglich um wechselnde Spezialitäten erweitert.Getränkepreise durchaus annehmbar.Publikum (Juni/Juli): gut durchmischt, von Rentnern, Paaren, Familien mit kleinen und großen Kindern, Singles-alles dabei, Deutsche, Schweizer, Österreicher, Franzosen, Spanier, Skandinavier, Polen, ein paar Russen, Engländer auch ein paar, und und und - wohltuend international ebend...Ganz kleine Einschränkung (von der wir selber nicht betroffen waren): für ältere Menschen bzw. Personen mit Mobilitätseinschränkungen sowie Eltern mit Kinderkarren evtl ungünstig, da viele Treppen und kaum Fahrstühle.

What a fantastic gem!My family and I spend one week and it was just what we were looking for.The hotel is immaculate clean, you see wonderful people everyday, all day maintaining such standards.The journey started when we arrived very late at night, after dinner time was close. Check in was a bliss and they were expecting us at the restaurant with tables set up with a light supper that we enjoyed very much!Details like that were not far nor few. The exchanges of towelsand even the surprise bag for the day we venture to Cofete...marvellous and handy to carry all.The personnel, wait stuff and even management were always pleasant, courteous and available.The food was really good quality and varied. The stars of the show for us were the fish, particularly the SSalmon cook in salt, and the steaks. Brilliantly cooked and fresh. Vegetables and fruit delicious and flavourful. The tomatoes and the citrus...to die for! Worth mentioning are the fresh juices, from real fruit, available breakfast and dinner...exquisite.As I must always keep it real, things that may need a bit of twicking...Pool hours are till 7 which is a bit unrealistic since second dinner slot starts at 8. They start picking up the chaise pillows and rearranging lounge chair at 5.30, going in between guests with mounds of pillows and making noise moving the furniture which makes you feel that you can't relax, and you are in the middle. One day they even go out with brims and buckets and started sweeping and cleaning with us still lounging, quite frankly, a bit rude. I understand they want to leave, but management may want to change timming. Maybe closing the area after seven one day and leave the people to do all the jobs at once. Would be less disruptive than constantly do it amongst guest for almost 2 hours.Especially cause people come out after dinner and start moving lounges again to enjoy the sunset!Overall a great experience and I recommend this Hotel to families with older kids. There are a lot of elderly people looking for quiet and relaxing times. You can feel the stares if your kid makes a louder peep than normal. Normal is really quiet!Kids are welcome and acommodated over meals, snacks and play times. The beach is not that easy accessed with buggies and you have to pay for lounge chairs and umbrella. The kiddie pool was very cold due to constant chamge of the water. The Jaccusi was very cold due to the same. There is a pool table, ping pong, and foosball table which appealed to my older kids and they enjoyed it very much.We wanted peace and relax and that's what we've got!!!

We have been going to this hotel since 2008 - twice a year .Great food , incredible service that tops many first class Business hotels I have stayed in worldwide . You are treated as special, as family and it is this that makes the place so worth going back to as the staff are just so welcoming and nothing is any trouble. Whilst some may not like the fact that it is mainly Germans who go there we have madefantastic friends amongst Germans,Dutch and Luxembourg who also return every year.And looking around so many of the guests every year we recognise as repeat guests which tells its own story . The hotel has lovely large suites,a great beach and 2 shopping centres nearby in the old harbour/town and a newer nearby complex. The hotel may be a,little dated and due a refurb, but it is kept immaculately and the pool an example to many of how a pool should be kept up !!.

Increíble hotel, un poco antiguo y complicado para llegar s las habitaciones, el desayuno y la cena estupendo el personal muy bien atento y muy profesional. La piscina regular pero la playa muy cerca no merece ir a la piscina con la playa que tiene a 10 metros.

Es un hotel muy bueno. Todo es perfecto, la ubicación es privilegiada, la comida exquisita, pero lo mejor de lo mejor es el personal, grandes profesionales que realizan su trabajo a la perfección. Enhorabuena a la Cadena Riu por disponer de este gran equipo.

El yacuzziencima que tienen horario no cumplen con el lo informamos a responsables y caso omiso , osea muy muy mal .el desayuno con ensaladas de la noche anterior donde se a visto es yo en ningun hotel riunos hemos defraudado siempre habiamos escuchado riu hotel lo mejor de lo mejor pues no señores

No accesibles para personas con niños, ni personas de movilidad reducidas. El hotel no tiene en cuenta a estas personas a la hora de designar habitación. Experiencia malísima.
