“The new restaurants food was terrible. The employees we’ve met on our prior visits were still extremely good, but the new employees were rude and disrespectful. This was our 3rd year to this resort but we’re going to do some research on other resorts. The previous manager, Mr. Lee went our of his way to great you and take time every day to speak to you. The new lady never even acknowledged anyone. Love the area and we will be going back, just doing some research first.”

“The hotel is spotlessly clean, some of the staff are so nice and others give the impression they just don't want to be there. The food was a hit and a miss really, some days it was amazing others there wasn't much choice. How can you have a salad bar with no lettuce? Ran out of butter for 2 days of our stay and we had no hot water for 2 days there was an issue with the boiler. Our room was always clean but some days we weren't left enough towels. I would revisit Jamaica but not this hotel.”
