“Very bad sleeping condition. The rooms are nice, but don’t stay here in summer because it’s so hot in these rooms. I opened the window, but they told me opening the window wasn’t allowed. It’s 20 CELSIUS INSIDE THE ROOM. I cannot sleep here.”

“Despite reservation with creditcard, the rooms had been given to someone else and we were asked to move to another Scandic Hotel in the middle of the night and a bout of Norwegian summer rain.
No discount, no help with the transfer, additional admin at the new hotel. Least to say that the other hotel had one star less and the rooms were smaller. Very bad!”
