“we were going to check in, but we parked first. we were able to carry the wedding things until we reached the entrance on the 2nd floor (lobby). we were expecting assistance at least from the inspection area, however it did not come, and so we carried the stuff until we reached the lobby where a guard scans our contract tracing qr code. that was the only unpleasant bit, all the rest until we left was quite splendid.”

It was a great experience overall! The staff are so nice and accommodating. The room we stayed in is clean and the bed is so comfy. We also enjoyed the breakfast and the ambience of the Samba Restaurant. We'll definitely go back for another relaxing stay soon! :)

I had a pleasant experience. I commend the service, amenities, and staff. The hotel provided sufficient facility for testing guests for COVID-19 and applied standard health measures.

We appreciated having the Covid test on the premises and before we checked-in, but there was a bit of back and forth between the front desk and the actual testing place. It would have been better if the rapid test could have been paid in advance, so we could have been dropped off at the testing site - it was raining. Delivery of our bags to our room was much delayed and breakfast was very disappointing. We were not able to pick up my son's cake at breakfast and no one cared to deliver it up.
