“A nossa estadia foi muito boa. O nosso quarto era limpo, espaçoso e tinha uma cama muito confortável. O hotel está localizado em uma excelente localização perto de muitas lojas e restaurantes. A equipe parecia bom o suficiente ... no entanto, solicitei um mini-frigorífico porque um não veio no quarto (avail gratuitamente sob pedido), bem como um roupão adicional para o meu marido TRÊS VEZES (um à chegada, um mais tarde naquela noite, e um na noite seguinte) sem acompanhamento. As duas últimas pessoas com quem conversei pediram desculpas e garantiram que iriam fazer o pedido e acompanhar. Nenhuma tal sorte. Nós nunca ouvimos de volta e nunca recebemos nenhum item. Na noite passada eu desisti e aceitei que não seria. Super decepcionante. 4-5 estrelas além do atendimento ao cliente.”
