“I do not recommend this hotel, the manager is very very very Rude & threatened me because she wouldn't refund my money, saying something about smoking and NO ONE SMOKED IN THE room period. Shes NOT professional and needs to be reported for how she treats customers because im not the only one. Other employees were nice & friendly but that manager DOES NOT NEED TO BE A MANAGER, other people I spoke with said if shes there, they would go elsewhere. Housekeepers were friendly and everyone else was but customers shouldnt be spoken to like I was and several others by a very very unprofessional Manager wbo apparently has NO PEOPLE SKILLS WHATS SO EVER, SHE EVEN THREATENED TO TAKE MORE OF THE DEPOSIT. SHE PROBABLY POCKETED THE MONEY HERSELF”

“I have stayed in a couple places around Columbia and this was a good one ! I would come back. Rooms were cleans, location was great. I was here for training at Ft. Jackson so it was convenient. The staff was also very friendly. I think Dave was the man that helped me out!”
