“The hotel general manager has gone which is a pity he was very attentive to his guests.The hotel is not the best in Cartagena.The rooms are adequate.Pools are great as is the food. However what makes this hotel worth a visit is the staff. I have stayed at the hotel 7 times. Even with the change of management i am reluctant to change my preference. The majority of the guests are Colombian which adds to the experience. I thank all the staff for treating me as a friend.”

“Bueno: comodidad de camas , personal amable , baños limpios, buen desayunoMALÍSIMO: olores desagradables en el ascensor , en el restaurante los huéspedes no pueden estar tranquilos ,no tienen organización en los parqueaderos ( cualquier persona puede entrar y bloquearte tu carro por 2 horas , ruido en los cuartos del exterior y de los mismos apartamentos dentro del hotel.Definitivamente NO VOLVERÍA”
