“Quieter location next to the river with views of Florence. Not in the middle of the tourist area yet 5-10 minute walk from it. 10 minute walk from the train station, easy walk if you don't have tons of luggage. I'm a Marriott Bonvoy member but was disappointed at the lack of detail you expect from a property like this. We booked for 3 people, checked in online and room was ready but upon arrival even though the room was ready it was not set up for 3 people. No third bed, glass, wine glass, towels, robe l, slippers etc. We were tired from a long trip so having the third bed set up would have allowed us to rest sooner so we could start sightseeing. Bed was set up after a couple of phone calls but it altered our plans to maximize our day. Spacious room with living room, 2 tvs, desk, small fridge, safety deposit box but no coffee maker or tea kettle in the room, hot water has to be requested from room service. Spacious bathroom with shower, tub, bidet and 2 sinks. Aside from the lack of detail the service was good from the concierge staff to the dining staff. Beautiful property but disappointed.”
