Our car got broken into. They have signs posted outside that they have security surveillance but they do not. We asked for the video to be played back and were told that they DO NOT have cameras outside. The place is really clean and the maintenance man is awesome but they have roaches. I know it's because some people are just dirty but I have to admit they do pest control monthly but still see roaches. Walls are thin and if you have someone above you keep in mind you will hear EVERYTHING! Prices are fair and the kitchen has a full size refrigerator.

Decente. Limpar \ limpo. Barato. Excelente atendimento ao cliente. As desvantagens são: você tem que pagar por Wi-Fi e serviço de toalhas. Morei lá por um mês e estava bem. Sem baratas ou qualquer coisa assim. As críticas negativas NÃO eram precisas até o momento. Cumpriu seu propósito. Excelente equipe.

Fiquei lá por 2 meses e gostei muito, fiquei até triste por ir embora 😆😆 o pessoal foi gentil e incrível a cozinha era quase como um mini apartamento um refrigerador de tamanho normal era como se estivesse em casa, o preço era perfeito depois de um mês você não paguei impostos e ficava dentro de casa então era seguro para meu filho e eu, eu sou mulher baixa, 5'2 então isso foi muito conveniente para mim, este é o hotel que eu sempre vou escolher se eu precisar uma casa temporária de novo, gostei ainda mais do meu último apartamento obrigado por tudo ❤️

I loved the staff and the rooms! Their professionalism and willingness to please made a big impact on my family and I the maintenance and cleaning crew was very very professional and courteous

I stayed there for 2 months an I absolutely enjoyed it I was even sad to leave 😆😆 the staff was sweet an amazing the kitchen was almost like a mini apartment a regular size fridge it was home like , the price was perfect after a month you don’t pay tax , an it was indoors so it was safe for my son an I , I am female short 5’2 so that was very convenient for me , this is the hotel I’m always going to pick if I ever need a temporary home again , I enjoyed it even better then my last apartment thank you guys for everything ❤️

Decent. Clean. Cheap. Great customer service. Down sides are: you have to pay for Wi-Fi and Towel Service. I lived there for a month and was fine. No roaches or whatever. The bad reviews were NOT accurate as of present. Served its purpose. Great staff.

Reservamos anteriormente este hotel uma semana antes de chegarmos por 3 dias. Depois de dirigir por 2 dias seguidos, chegamos (às 9h) e fomos informados de que os quartos não estavam prontos por mais 3 horas. Completamente exaustos, tivemos que encontrar algo para fazer enquanto esperávamos que nossos quartos fossem limpos. Quando voltamos, a equipe estava em plena discussão e tivemos que esperar que eles terminassem o check-in. Demorou quase 45 minutos para fazer o check-in. Quando finalmente conseguimos nosso quarto, era muito nojento. O assento do vaso sanitário tinha manchas de cocô por todo o lado, o chão era extremamente pegajoso e o chuveiro mal estava funcionando, mas não havia xampu / sabonete e sabão. Tem uma "cozinha", mas não há xícaras, há um fogão, mas não panelas, ou cafeteira como um hotel normal / estadia prolongada. Você não recebe toalhas limpas e, se quiser toalhas, pagará US $ 10 e, se esquecer o cartão-chave no quarto, pagará US $ 5. E todo o lugar cheira terrivelmente a maconha. Posso dizer honestamente .. esse é o lugar mais nojento e mal controlado que já ficamos. Por favor, aceite minha palavra e vá para outro lugar !! Estou lhe fazendo um favor, confie em mim.

We previously booked this hotel a week before we arrived for 3 days. After driving for 2 days straight, we arrived (At 9 am) and were told the rooms weren’t ready for another 3 hours. Completely exhausted, we had to find something to do while we waited on our rooms to be cleaned. Once we returned, the staff was in a full on argument and we had to wait for them to finish to be checked in. It took nearly 45 minutes to be checked in. Once we finally got our room, it was very gross. The toilet seat had poop smeared all over it, the floors were extremely sticky, and the shower was barely working but no shampoo/body wash and soap. It does have a “kitchen” in it but there’s no cups,there’s a stove but not pots, or coffee maker like a normal hotel/extended stay. You don’t get clean towels and if you want towels, you have to pay $10 and if you forget your key card in the room, you have to pay $5. And the ENTIRE place smells of weed terribly. I can honestly say.. this is the grossest and poorly controlled place we have ever stayed. Please take my word for it and go somewhere else!! I’m doing you a favor, trust me.
