“The lobby and elevator areas reeked of pot, the door between the lobby and elevator did not lock, and the hotel was enforcing neither COVID mask wearing nor social distancing. I didn't even make it to the room before canceling my reservation. Oh and the manager would not refund our payment but instead suggested we take it up with corporate. That's okay, they can keep my 78 fricking dollars and maybe buy a new lock. I am never, ever going to stay at any Choice Hotels property again!”
