“Booked our stay without being informed in any way that the hotel was under construction. We had no access to anything other than a makeshift lobby and a tiny hallway for every guest to get in an out of. There were no trash cans in our room, no bibles, things to do guide, or do not disturb signs. We were woken up every morning of our 3 night stay to very loud construction noises and drilling into the room above us and next to us. We just wanted to get away for one weekend and we couldn't even relax in a pool or sleep in. Not to mention the sketchy parking lot and no discount for not having access to anything the hotel had to offer. Very upset and disappointed with our stay. Wish we would have been informed.”

“Upon arrival it was a bad experience. Once I was able to get to my room, we noticed the room hadn't been cleaned. I walked out my room to find a cleaning crew member as I had seen a couple of cleaning carts along the end of the hallway. Once I told the member about how the room was dirty, she acted like she didn't understand what I was saying so I repeated myself over 5 times while standing in the hallway. I told her there was trash in the room along with what looked like trimmer hairs in the sink as well as trash in the trash can in restroom. I was already appalled by the look but was tired of my drive there that I didn't feel like complaining any more because the front desk staff was rude as could be, never will I again stay at this location nor will I suggest this place to anyone! Please steer far away from this location/establishment. It was beyond horrible and I've had ugly experiences but none will ever compare to this establishment. Overall appearance and cleanliness as well as customer service are lower than whale poop!”
