“Excelente este hotel es muy acogedor, y tiene un excelente personal que siempre hacen lo posible porque uno este a gusto.”

“Un buen complejocon un muy mal servicio. La recepción es eterna, la comida muy regular,el selfservice una locura, la atención muy deficiente no por la falta de cordialidad pero el descontrol y los tiempos de atención no son admisibles. Ejemplo: la cena de fin de año. Cita a las 22h , no sirven nada hasta las 23:15 y eso después de insistir mucho, los platos muy regulares por no decir malos , muchas mesas no pudimos llegar a tiempo de las campanadas en en teatro por la falta de control. Esto es un ejemplo pero es asi como funciona todo. Y eso que están al 60%, si hubiera estado lleno seria imposible comer a mediodía y aún menos reservar la cena en alguno de los restaurantes temáticos Buen complejo pero a mucha distancia de merecer las estrellas que le asignan. Por esto no lo recomendaría”
