“The rooms and the furniture is old gloomy dirty chipped and has a bad smell. The staff are not bothered with the guest experience and just going by the day. The only good thing about the hotel is the location but as there are many other hotels in the area i dont think they earn any points for that. Very very expensive compared to the quality of rooms and service”

“Worst Hilton experience I’ve ever had and absolutely do not recommend. Front desk staff absolutely did not provide adequate service and did not acknowledge Diamond status. Gave absolutely no welcome or information about the hotel/breakfast/etc. Room was tiny, walls are paper thin, inadequate security lock on the door and when I finally checked in around 4:30pm the hotel was still awaiting their towel delivery. First time in my life I decided to change hotels instead of dealing with this place for 4 days. Only plus is the location.”
