“I didn't have a good experience, they didn't have my reservation and therefore I had to wait over 40 min to be able to check in, if it hadn't been for the customer service manager, Mauricio, they would have asked me to use another credit card to "guarantee" payment for my stay, when I had already fully paid for it. The hotel is old and although it's been renovated, there are many areas in which you can observe the decay it's suffered. Elevators where not working properly and they were mostly crowded, which during a pandemic is not ok. Food served during breakfast was lacking in taste. Swimming pool facilities were adequate and kept in general good conditions. Good views of the Bay from hotel rooms”
