“O exterior do hotel e os quartos são 5 sólidos. Observe os deliciosos cafés da manhã matinais. Equipe atenciosa e bem treinada. Gostou também dos petiscos com vinho no Lounge do 13º andar. O que pode ser feito melhor: 1. As cadeiras da sala de conferências Platan são extremamente desconfortáveis! Não corresponde ao nível do hotel. 2. O estacionamento subterrâneo do hotel, a partir do qual começou o check-in, também não é muito bom. Para uma boa primeira impressão, faz sentido adaptar o visual do estacionamento ao estilo do hotel.Em geral, há espaço para melhorias na qualidade do hotel. Vale a pena visitar.”

“Uno de los mejores hoteles de Sochi. Excelente ubicación, la habitación tenía balcón y vista al mar, qué podría ser mejor. Los desayunos son lujosos, la calidad de la limpieza es excelente. Me gustaría destacar el servicio, nos hicieron un late check-out gratuito, por lo que un agradecimiento especial. Definitivamente regresaremos nuevamente, ¡gracias por una estadía maravillosa!”
