“To start off with I must say the staff and management at this hotel are very receptive and helpful and worked very hard to help us solve our problems. The customer service at this hotel must be commended. However, this hotel has some major issues that cannot go unnoticed. First off, the executive lounge at this hotel is quite literally a scam. On the hotel's website the lounge claims to be an actual space within the hotel to relax in that has panoramic views of the city. This is not the case at all as the "executive lounge" is just a restaurant and the only perk of having lounge access is that you get free drinks and breakfast. Also the air conditioning for he most part at this hotel does not work and the hotel staff don't have the information to know if it even works in your specific room leaving you often stranded with unknown information regarding this. For a high end hotel in London not having air conditioning in the summer is pretty unacceptable, especially when the hotel's website claims to have air conditioning. Lastly, the rooms at this hotel are far worse than what the website makes them out to look like. Very small and crammed spaces especially the bathrooms and much worse in quality than what they are displayed like on the website. Overall, the customer service is great at this place but the other major problems cannot be ignored. Would not recommend staying at this place.”

“I stayed at the London Marriott Hotel Marble Arch in October, traveling from the US, and it was simply fantastic from start to finish. The room was spacious and clean, and had so many thoughtful little touches that made my trip so much easier: a US electric socket and multiple USB charging ports; a sturdy umbrella when my travel umbrella broke on a blustery day; bottles of water to take while traveling. The breakfast each morning was delicious and the staff were so accommodating - you could stop by the ground-floor cafe for water, coffee, or tea whenever you liked, for free. The front desk, cafe, and housekeeping staff really went above and beyond. The location also can’t be beat! I look forward to staying here again on my next trip!”
