“When we entered our room the toilet was not clean (the cup was full of s**it), we had to go down to reception and complain.
As for breakfast, it is very selfish, there is a very small amount of chees and ham (one slice on a plate) and croissants are not enough. If you go down after 9:00 a.m you will have nothing left.”
