Rooms need a bit of attention to improve overall cleanliness. Location was great. Check in a bit confusing due to the connected properties with essentially the same name. Would consider staying again due to price, but the "facility fee" of over $40 per night was excessive. I am not sure what that charge is for... using the elevators?

I stayed at this establishment last weekend on a business trip 1/14/22. The room was cozy and comfortable. The reason for the 2 stars is that it is not accommodating for people that are traveling. There was no hot plate/microwave and no refrigerator. The front desk was rude upon my arrival. She asked if I was there for the premier before she said hello or bothered to look up my reservation. Don't expect a welcome feeling when you come here. I called down to the front desk after running the hallways because I could not find the ice machine. Believe me, it was the last thing I wanted to do after experiencing the rudeness upon arrival. The first call I WAS HUNG UP ON! The second I was given a mere "ok. we don't have an ice machine but someone will bring you ice" wait... no refrigerator.. no microwave.. no ice machine??? The next day I called again and finally got ice about a day & two hours later. The room was beautiful but the front desk, the no refrigerator and the no microwave made this place look horrible. I will take my business elsewhere.

The view and room were nice. The two problems I had were: 1- I asked if I can check out late. They said it’s okay, but they opened the room multiple times! One time I was in the bathroom and I heard someone coming in. Made me feel uncomfortable and scared. When I yelled, they said they didn’t put me on the list of people who want to extend their check out time. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL & UNETHICAL. 2- They overcharged me. When I asked how much will I pay if I check out two hours after 11am, one said it’s going to be $50 and one said $25. When I checked out, I was overcharged 3 times! The total amount I was charged is insane. You literally will risk it when you use your debit or credit card there. I am still waiting to see if they will reimburse me the amount that they shouldn’t have taken, or unfortunately I will have to come back to NYC again and take a legal action.

Not a good experience at all. Room was not clean. Stains on the curtains and some on the walls. I paid extra for a city view and my view was of a water tower and back of an office building, view could not of been worse. Front desk is two tables, very ghetto. Person at service desk was rude and ultimately unhelpful. When I explained to her that I booked a Cityview she responded with I wish you would’ve told me that when you walked in, how was I supposed to know before I saw my room that I wasn’t getting that? Bed was super uncomfortable. Pay a little more and stay somewhere that’s worth it!

BUYER BEWARE! Even if you think you have paid your resort fee which was itemized out in payment you have not. You will pay an extra $40.17/ night at the hotel. The lady at check in had quite an attitude which has previously been observed in reviews. However the rooms are pretty nice and location is awesome for Broadway shows. I loved having a bathtub to soak in on cold winter nights. The night team was very accommodating and housekeeping was great.

Stayed at this property for my birthday. I wanted to stay at a hotel that offered a great view. I stayed on the 21st floor in the Executive Queen room. My room exceeded my expectations. Amazing view of Times Square. Extremely affordable for location. Front desk was very accommodating. I was kind of skeptical because of the bad reviews. Don’t pay attention to the reviews. I suggest experiencing the hotel for yourself. I would highly recommend.

Nice size room, bathroom was awesome. Loved that I could soak in the tub after a long day of sightseeing. Everyone was so nice and helpful. Only thing that would make it better would have been a mini fridge in the room.

Love the premier side. Second time staying. Be careful when booking bc they are 2 different hotels sharing same space. Premier option has better room, large sinking tub, free grab and go breakfast and less busy. Both sides have great doormen and "bellhops" Mark and Eddie were great! Tony's Italian is just across a parking lot, and I highly recommend. Premier is 1 block from Times Square, 2 blocks from Bryant Park and 10 min walk to central park.

DO NOT STAY HERE!!! Literally just checked in and it has been nothing but issues. First, I called in yesterday to confirm my reservation d possibly look into upgrading. I was advised that they can’t guarantee my view but confirmed I was on the upper floors. Once I got to the hotel and their make shift check-in counter, I was informed that I was on floor 5 with no view and couldn’t do anything about it nor could I pay extra for another room. They gave us room 523, which did not even have the room number on the door or wall anywhere. Getting inside the room, the toilet was constantly running and would not flush. After that, I went down to speak with the manager, had trouble with the elevator as the ground level button was not functioning properly. After speaker with the manager, they gave us another room on a lower floor. That room had a stain on the carpet about a foot long, still no view, and the TV doesn’t even function!! Literally have been here for 5 minutes and it has been nothing but failures. Do not stay here. This place is a complete disaster and does not resemble anything that is listed on their website.

The only person accommodating and helpful is Kush at the Front Desk, location is good, room size is good, the rest doesn’t deserve the Premier brand….. additional facilities charges applied when confirmation arrived but none of the services were available and not even mentioned by the team members when checked in. All they care was your credit card information and did not introduce anything about the hotel. My room is so dark, TV was not working, light bulb missing and the lamp was not working after they put the light bulb in after 24 hours….. why took away the mini fridge? If you traveling as a couple, please be prepared that thAt there is only one archaism in the room. Not even have glasses in the bathroom…. If all the restaurants and bars are mostly opened in NYC, why can’t they serve breakfast at the lounge? The breakfast bags are just disgraceful. You can’t even get a coffee during the day at the so called lounge…. Sometimes, the desk was left unattended. None of the team members seems to be interested with the guests. Definitely not a ‘premier’ product!

Também tínhamos feito comentários em nossa reserva de que era minha festa de aniversário / primeira vez em NY, então adoraríamos um andar mais alto com uma bela vista e fomos colocados no sexto andar de frente para um prédio de tijolos ... feliz aniversário para mim .O "café da manhã continental" é um saco para viagem com itens de café da manhã que foi bom, bom ter algo oferecido durante esses tempos, apenas gostaria que houvesse também um frigorífico / microondas no quarto para acesso. Nós também pedimos água extra / chinelos e nunca os recebemos, então apenas mais um ponto de falta de atenção aos detalhes com a equipe.No geral, não passamos muito tempo no hotel, por isso é bom para quem precisa apenas dormir e tomar banho, mas para hóspedes que precisam de limpeza básica e equipe atenciosa, este não é o lugar para você. Everyone was incredible. Nick V has incredible management and people skills and he was very accommodating to our requests. The people at the front desk were also very kind and helpful. Kush was great with helping us navigate our way around the city. The morning breakfast to go was fantastic and much needed in the morning. Location is great and the rooms were very clean. I will be recommending my Canadian family and friends to stay here on their next visit!

Went to the lobby to ask where the ice might be......I was told to call house keeping from my room and they would bring some up. No offer by the person in the lobby to ring them and send them up. Finally got ice after quite a while. The bathroom was the worst. I couldn't say when was the last time it was cleaned. Literally black with dirt on the floor and walls. Oh, and I'm only 5'2", so if I wanted to turn the fan in the bathroom on I would have had to climb on the toilet to turn the knob because it's located in the ceiling! Very disappointing.

We chose the hotel for the price/location and it turns out that those were the only good things about our stay here. We went to check in at 3:30 and while we were the only people in the lobby, we were told by the front desk lady that "we are in the middle of a staff rotation and we should be seated to wait for a couple minutes for the next staff member".....not the warm welcoming we were looking for, but we took a seat and waited, nobody else came and she eventually just asked for my last name and gave me keys to our room. We checked in and immediately realized the room had not been cleaned properly. Stains on the comforter/carpet and the last guests' charger was left plugged into the wall. We called down to report all this and were told that they were fully committed for the evening and didn't have anywhere to move us to (on a Tuesday night, highly unlikely) and were forced to sleep in a dirty room for the night. We had also put comments on our reservation that it was my birthday celebration/first time in NY so we would love a higher floor with a great view and we were placed on the sixth floor facing a brick building....happy bday to me. The "continental breakfast" is a to go bag with breakfast items in it which was fine, nice to have something offered during these times, just wish there was also a fridge/microwave in the room for access. We also called down for extra water/slippers and never received them, so just another point of a lack of attention to detail with the staff. Overall, we did not spend that much time at the hotel so it is good for anyone that just needs to sleep and shower, but for guests that need basic cleanliness and attentive staff, this is not the place for you. We will be staying somewhere else on our next trip to NY.

Not a great experience at all.Booked a room to stay for a night and received a room that smelled like stale smoke.Also, there is a $100 security deposit per night that gets refunded to you usually in a couple of days after checking out which is understandable because every hotel does that.But I stayed only one night and was charged $203.43??????I noticed that the money wasn't cleared from my account so I called them throughout the week to find out what happened and they said it takes about 10-14 days for it to be refunded.It has been 2 weeks already and I still did not get my money returned to me nor did I get a response to my emails.I only recommend booking your stay here if you like chasing after your own money.

I didn't even stay in this hotel and it has been the biggest nightmare of my life. This hotel basically steals your money and refuses to communicate with you again after pretending to care. They charge for a security deposit EACH NIGHT $100 I was unaware of so I cancelled in an appropriate timeframe. Just wanted a refund since I cancelled in time. James gave me to Miguel who told me to contact Jennifer, no answer from Jennifer but got referred to Melissa. Melissa has yet to reach back out to me since that date we talked on the phone. Its frustrating overall. It was quite a bit on money and during a pandemic... so wrong.Don't expect much from this place, extremely disappointing. Trust me on that.

Hotel was very nice and the room was great. Only issue was managing to get ice brought to the room. I am sure it is just a staffing issue. I would recommend this hotel, great location and parking right across the street.

Our stay was beautiful! The view was beautiful allow they high rise windows needed to be cleaned to really enjoy it. The staff were nice. location was perfect the only thing I recommend is having a refrigerator in the room. Also we had to wait 30 minutes for ice. The grab and go breakfast was great along with the espresso. This was worth the money you get what you pay for. The room matched the value of the price. This is perfect for girls night out. The hotel was an affordable option and, for me, an extremely convenient location. Of course, it should be expected that "you get what you pay for." My room smelled so strongly of cigarettes it was bizarre. These things generally don't bother me much, but I'm telling you it smelled so strongly, like as if the housekeeper smoked a cigarette in my room every day without opening the windows. I stayed alone, and was only there to sleep and shower, so it was bearable but I'm just glad I did not bring my girlfriend. The room itself is dimly lit, with many stains on the walls and ceiling, etc, however it's an old building and this was expected for the price. The views were beautiful out of my guest room window, and the staff provided nice "to-go" breakfast baggies downstairs that were perfect for my busy lifestyle. I would stay again if I was able to get another great deal (

Definitivamente deja mucho que decir se espera mucho más por el precio que pagas !! Las habitaciones están muy fuera de lo actual, hasta la televisión era muy lenta. Lo único bueno es que esta muy cerca de varios lugares turísticos.

Habitación amplia, hacen la limpieza diaria, el desayuno lo entregan en bolsitas para llevar, bastante completo, pero la ubicación y la vista desde el piso 19 son inmejorables.

Hola para empezar quiero decir que mi estadía en este lugar fue pésima, empezando con que nos cobraron 420 dólares extra por “usar” el estacionamiento cuando nosotros no si quiera teníamos auto, después siguió con que la tv del cuarto hacía fallo si apagabas la luz por ende no se podía ver la tv con la luz apagada, el aire tampoco andaba, y para terminar nos desaparecieron objetos de valor de la habitación, a todo esto el hotel jamás se hizo cargo de NADA, ni de la plata que nos cobraron extra ni de las cosas que se llevaron los de limpieza, la verdad escribí esto solo para que no vuelva a repetirse con nadie sabiendo que nadie se hace cargo de nada. No se dejen llevar por la ubicación ya que en fin es lo único bueno que tiene.

No esta tan mal el hotel, pero no para 4 estrellas, los empleados no dan un gran trato y las habitaciones no van con el precio ni el edificio. En fin hay mejores opciones por el mismo precio y hasta menos

Un excelente punto para observar Time Square y hacer fotos!

hotel nada fuera de lo normal pero con una ubicación increible. Está al lado de Times Square, prácticamente a un minuto andando desde que sales de la puerta del hotel. En cuanto al hotel en sí, fuimos 3 parejas, las habitaciones eran grandes, pero tenían problemas con la temperatura, hacía frío en la habitación y no era suficiente la bomba de calor de aire acondicionado para calentar la habitación. Los últimos días incluso nos llegaron a bloquear el aire acondicionado y no se podía poner el calor, sólo el aire acondicionado frío. No había minibar en la habitación para tener por lo menos agua fresca, tampoco daban utiles de aseo como cepillo de dientes, cepillo del pelo...creo que es de los pocos hoteles de 4 estrellas donde he visto esto. También nos pareció raro que eramos dos personas en la habitación y el primer día nos habían puesto únicamente un albornoz y unas zapatillas para estar por la habitación, se nota que intentaban ahorrar, cosa que no entiendo con los precios que tenían. Lo que ya nos pareció increíble fue el tamaño de la cafefería para los desayunos, habíamos leído ya opiniones de otras personas que se quejaban del tamaño pequeño de esta zona pero no nos la imaginábamos tan pequeña. Tienen muchos sillones individuales de gran tamaño que hacen que puedan sentarse unas 25-30 personas cuando es un hotel en el que de estar lleno puede haber más de 200 personas alojadas, todas las mañanas teníamos que esperar o veíamos gente esperar para desayunar o se subían el desayuno a la habitación. el desayuno bastante pobre, si no fuera por el pan bimbo para hacer tostadas con mantequilla no hubiéramos comido apenas porque apenas tenían fruta u otras cosas que tomar. lo dicho, hotel que no se preocupa de sus clientes porque saben que están en una zona super turística y van a tener siempre gente.
