“Stayed during EASD and extremely disappointed with it. The rooms were OK but bare minimum facilities were there. Housekeeping staff was extremely lacking despite staying there for 5 nights and reminding everyday the room was cleaned only once. The Internet barely worked and that too in few hours of the day, despite complaining the staff response was it is what it is. The room phone didn't work and the staff couldn't make it work so for anything we had to go down to reception personally. The female receptionists were always busy with bar staff and very rude to respond while. Male staff were better and helped as much as possible. We had a late checkout request also. confirmed while checking it but on the day they denied any such request. If it was not a conference hotel would have never stayed here knowing all this.”

“I visited for a work trip, going to a conference at the venue next door. The hotel is VERY close - less than a minute walk outside which was ideal when the weather was bad. Overall the hotel was fine. No issues at all and the service was really good by all staff. The room was very simple but did have soap, shampoo, body wash and a hairdryer. I had no issues with the hotel - it was quiet every night and the bed was comfortable. I would not stay here if I wanted to stay in Stockholm to see the city. But it is perfect for the event venue and very close to the train station for the occasional trip into town.”
