A estadia foi mais do que as nossas expectativas! Os quartos e banheiro são impecavelmente limpos, a decoração é moderna e as roupas de cama são confortáveis. Além disso, são bem insonorizados e silenciosos, mesmo que o hotel esteja muito bem localizado perto de tudo em Paris. A equipe é particularmente agradável. Endereço para lembrar, estaremos de volta!

Passagem por uma noite + café da manhã. Boas-vindas muito amigáveis. A equipe é muito sorridente, sem exceção. O quarto muito correto. Pequeno, mas mais do que suficiente. Nós não jantamos lá, mas tomamos uma bebida no último andar e a vista é muito bonita. Pessoalmente, eu não comeria lá, mas isso é apenas uma escolha pessoal. Mencione mais do que perfeito para o café da manhã. Escolha, qualidade, não importa a que horas você chega. E mais uma vez.. uma vista super bonita de Paris (se o tempo estiver bom) 😁

O hotel oferece quartos amplos, mas a limpeza não é das melhores. Também tivemos que pedir toalhas e papel higiênico todos os dias. O terraço na cobertura oferece bons coquetéis a preços médios para Paris e uma bela vista da Torre Eiffel ao longe. Não é muito perto do metro, mas sim da linha 1 para que possa chegar facilmente ao centro da cidade.

Novo endereço para descobrir na família Mama Shelter. Sempre surpreendida por esta jovem decoração entusiasmada e dinâmica. Adoramos as cores vivas, a beleza e a originalidade de cada lugar deste novo estabelecimento.Em termos de serviço, a equipe é apenas de alto nível. Todos sem exceção.Na cozinha, saboreamos os sabores das estações, pratos tão bonitos quanto deliciosos.É impecável. É um 10/10 para o grupo que mais uma vez ilustrou sua modernidade.

¡La estancia estuvo más que a la altura de nuestras expectativas! Las habitaciones y el baño están impecablemente limpios, la decoración es moderna y la ropa de cama es cómoda. Además, estos están bien insonorizados y son silenciosos, aunque el hotel está muy bien ubicado cerca de todo en París. El personal es particularmente agradable. Dirección para recordar, ¡volveremos!

Pasaje de una noche + desayuno. Bienvenida muy amable. El personal es muy sonriente sin excepción. La habitación muy correcta. Pequeño pero más que suficiente. No cenamos allí, pero tomamos una copa en el último piso y la vista es realmente agradable. Personalmente, no comería allí, pero eso es solo una elección personal. Mención más que perfecto para el desayuno. Elección, calidad, no importa a qué hora llegue. Y una vez más... una vista súper agradable de París (si el clima es agradable) 😁

El hotel ofrece habitaciones amplias, pero la limpieza no es la mejor. También tuvimos que pedir toallas y papel higiénico todos los días. La terraza de la azotea ofrece buenos cócteles a precios medios de París y una bonita vista de la Torre Eiffel a lo lejos. No está justo al lado del metro, sino en la línea 1 para que puedas llegar fácilmente al centro de la ciudad.

Nice and warm welcome at the Mama Shelter restaurant by Grégoire and Founet. We seated at the bar for a drink and finally decided to grab some food which was amazing… the service by Anas at the bar was just above our expectations, he even made special non alcoholic cocktails. We’ll definitely come back on next trip to Paris. Thanks guys and keep up the good work 👍…! 💪

Amazing hotel staff, views over all highlights of Paris, great beds and good breakfast. I lost my bag in the middle of the night in Paris. The people at the reception where extremely helpful and went above and beyond to help me find my bag back. The staff really exceeded my expectations. Will never forget the service we have gotten at this hotel and will for sure come back. My boyfriend and I stayed at different Mama Shelters in Europe, this is for sure was one of the best. Thank you for all your help!

Excelente hotel con un concepto muy moderno y divertido.

This is the second and for sure last time I stay in a mama shelter. They pretend to be part of all accor hotel group but when it comes to fulfill the right that an all accor member has, they deny saying the rules at their hotel are different. One thing I can’t complain is how friendly the receptionist are, also at the bar very friendly and helpful staff. Also the rooms are nice and you have a beautiful view. The disgusting thing about this hotel is the management. First of all the reception supervisor, a person who does not even say hello when they come to solve a problem. The person showed a very unprofessional way of interacting with the guests. What a bad example for the reception staff. Second issue the breakfast, it’s supposed to be from 7-11 am but apparently they have at 12:30 another event in the breakfast room. So at 11 am they are kind of trying to kick you out of the restaurant so that they can prepare the room. In that case I think , guests would understand better if the manager there would say it in a nice way, but no the woman came towards us telling us to hurry up. Secondly if they know they have such a short time to prepare the tables then they should offer breakfast only until 10:30 for example. Third issue: as an accor diamond member you have the right of late checkout if available rooms are there. First they tried to charge 30 euros for late checkout … saying that the all accor rules are different for them. Then once they were “friendly” and said it won’t cost anything, the next day they called at noon to ask at what time we will Leave room. Really disrespectful , you don’t feel welcome at all in this hotel just because they offer privileges they don’t want to accomplish. So they scam on you. Btw… the welcome drinks are just water… so ridiculous in that case don’t offer anything with the typical excuse that the all accor rules don’t apply for them. Again nice modern hotel, nice staff but horrible management of this hotel!

Reviewing the restaurant. So happy about this discovery! The restaurant is a Mama Shelter very colored and happy place. People are super friendly. Had the best octopus ever (crispy octopus with basmati rice, piperade and coconut milk, just a perfect combo). And the view could be worth a trip by itself! Can’t wait to try the diner.

Tomamos café da manhã para ver o sobrevoo de 14 de julho. A recepção foi perfeita, o atendimento também. A escolha do buffet foi muito boa: Café, chá, suco fresco... Vários tipos de pão, bolo (menção especial para chocolate). Geleias de morango (com ou sem pedaços), chocolate, Nutella… charcutaria, queijo… Uma oferta muito completa, com uma bela vista de Paris.

We may stayed there for just one night because we wanted to visit La Defense but we could not be any more satisfied with the hotel. It smelled good and was clean even from the entrance. Our room and private bathroom were beautiful, modern and spacious, as was the whole building, providing also free movies, tv and music, great atmosphere and soo comfortable bed. We also tried their American style diner on the ground floor where everything was tasty, at good portions and cheaper than anything we ate at Central Paris. I would definitely visit Mama Shelter again and again.
