“The rooms were clean and functional. Breakfast was good if you get there well before it closes. Breakfast is served until 9:30 We were there at 9:10 and they were out of hot food. We ask them if they could make some more and she said she was not going to make any more because we are late. She ended up bringing more scrambled eggs and bacon out but then started closing the doors at 9:27 to stop the people coming in. She was not very polite either. Other than that, the hotel was nice. If it wasn't for the woman at the breakfast, I would give this hotel a four star.”

“I'm usually not picky about hotels but this was awful. First, we arrived over an hour after check in, and our room still wasn't ready. We had to wait 20+ minutes to finally get our room card. Second, if you get a suite, plan on a ridiculously long walk to your room from the front desk (this will come up again later). Third, at least 2 exterior doors don't open using the room key card. You guessed it, we found this out by getting locked out. Fourth, when we finally made it to our room, there were no toiletries or Kleenex, the carpet was very dirty and clearly not vacuumed. Fifth, the pool and pool area were freezing. My son couldn't stand to go in either pool. Plus the hot tub was way too busy with little kids playing in it (likely due to the freezing pool). When I asked the front desk about heating up the pool, they told me to talk to maintenance, which I have no way of doing. I spoke with someone else who said the pool is not heated. Sixth, there were no pool towels. Seventh, when we called the desk to ask for more bath towels, because there weren't even enough for 4 people in a suite, they made us walk all the way to the desk (that ridiculously long walk I mentioned) to get them ourselves, and we couldn't even get the number we needed since they were using bath towels as pool towels and limiting the number you could get. Eighth, breakfast only goes until 9am, and is another ridiculously long walk. Do not stay here!!!”
