Hotel não era ruim. Os quartos poderiam ser modernizados, mas eram bons e estavam na condição certa para o custo. As paredes são finas embora. Comida era excelente, acima do que seria de esperar do ambiente. A equipe amigável e tagarela. Melhor refeição que tive na área de Wells. O jantar é o motivo pelo qual estou dando 5 em vez de 4 estrelas.

El hotel no estaba mal. A las habitaciones les vendría bien una modernización, pero estaban bien y en las condiciones adecuadas para el costo. Sin embargo, las paredes son delgadas. Puedes escuchar bien a tus vecinos, así que espero que no tengas vecinos ruidosos.Sí, el estacionamiento es limitado. Suponga que no obtendrá un lugar para estacionar y haga los preparativos.El desayuno estaba bien.Sin embargo, la cena estuvo por encima y más allá. Se reserva con anticipación, así que llame antes de llegar. La comida era excelente, por encima de lo que cabría esperar del entorno. Personal amable y hablador. La mejor comida que tuve en el área de Wells. La cena es la razón por la que le doy 5 en lugar de 4 estrellas.

Hotel was not bad. Rooms could do with modernising but they were fine, and the right condition for the cost. The walls are thin though. You can hear your neighbours well, so hope you don’t have noisy ones. Yes the parking is limited. Assume you won’t get a parking space and make preparations. Breakfast was fine. Dinner though was above and beyond. It books up in advance so call before you arrive. Food was excellent, above what you would expect from the setting. Staff friendly and chatty. Best meal I had in the Wells area. The dinner is why I’m giving 5 rather than 4 stars.

O hotel está em uma ótima localização e os quartos são bons o suficiente, mas Deus não permita que você chegue lá após o pôr do sol. Chegamos logo após as 20h para encontrar o estacionamento do hotel cheio e o restaurante já fechado - e o resto de Wells fecha às 9, então seja rápido quando se instalar! Além disso, é melhor você ser um madrugador, porque o check-out é às 10h (o mais cedo que eu já encontrei, e eu fico em mais de 100 hotéis diferentes em um ano médio) e eles * não * deixarão você sair um minuto depois. Definitivamente não vou ficar lá novamente.

Quarto é adorável, excelente tamanho e tudo o que precisamos. Chá e café e biscoitos. Funcionários simpáticos e prestativos. Excelente vista do nosso quarto capaz de ver a catedral por cima dos edifícios. A localização do hotel é perfeita para explorar Wells a pé.

Este tem de ser um dos melhores hotéis que já fiquei. O nosso quarto era absolutamente lindo e impecável. A equipe foi profissional e muito bem apresentada. O café da manhã foi maravilhoso. Foi-nos oferecido um pequeno-almoço inglês completo, embora sejamos vegetarianos. Há também uma seleção muito boa de cereais frits extra e adorável café fresco e sucos frescos. O hotel fica mesmo em frente à bela catedral. Quando você fizer o check-out, a equipe maravilhosa permite que você deixe seu carro no estacionamento, desde que todos os seus pertences estejam fora do quarto até as 10h. Definitivamente diríamos aqui novamente. Um hotel tão bonito

El hotel está en una excelente ubicación y las habitaciones son lo suficientemente agradables, pero Dios no permita que llegues después del atardecer. Llegamos justo después de las 8:00 p. m. y encontramos que el estacionamiento del hotel estaba lleno y el restaurante ya estaba cerrado, y el resto de Wells cierra a las 9, ¡así que sé rápido una vez que te instales! Además, es mejor que seas madrugador, porque la salida es a las 10 a. m. (lo más temprano que he conocido, y me alojo en más de 100 hoteles diferentes en un año promedio) y *no* te dejarán irte un minuto más tarde. Definitivamente no me quedaré allí de nuevo.

Este tiene que ser uno de los MUY MEJORES hoteles en los que me he alojado. Nuestra habitación era absolutamente hermosa e impecable. El personal era profesional y muy bien presentado. El desayuno fue maravilloso. Nos ofrecieron un desayuno inglés completo a pesar de que somos vegetarianos. También hay una muy buena selección de cereales fritos extra y delicioso café recién hecho y jugos recién hechos. El hotel está justo enfrente de la hermosa catedral. Cuando se retira, el maravilloso personal le permite dejar su automóvil en el estacionamiento siempre que todas sus pertenencias estén fuera de la habitación a las 10 a.m. Definitivamente diríamos aquí de nuevo. un hotel tan hermoso

La habitación es preciosa, de excelente tamaño y todo lo que necesitamos. Té y café y galletas. Personal amable y servicial. Gran vista desde nuestra habitación capaz de ver la catedral sobre las cimas de los edificios. La ubicación del hotel es perfecta para explorar Wells a pie.

This has to be one of the VERY BEST hotels I have EVER stayed in. Our room was absolutely beautiful and spotless. The staff were professional and very well presented. The breakfast was wonderful. We were offered a full English breakfast even though we're vegetarian. There's also a very good selection of frits cereals extra and lovely fresh coffee and fresh juices. The hotel is right opposite the beautiful cathedral. When you check out, the wonderful staff let you leave your car in their carpark as long as all your belongings are out of the room by 10am. We would definitely say here again. Such a beautiful hotel

The hotel is in a great location and the rooms are nice enough, but god forbid you get there after sundown. We arrived just after 8pm to find the hotel car park full and the restaurant already closed - and the rest of Wells shuts down by 9, so be quick once you do get settled in! Also you'd best be an early riser, because checkout is at 10am (the earliest I have ever encountered, and I stay at over 100 different hotels in an average year) and they will *not* let you leave one minute later. Definitely won't be staying there again.

Room is lovely, excellent size and everything we need. Tea and coffee and biscuits. Staff friendly and helpful. Great view from our room able to see the cathedral over the tops of the buildings. Location of hotel is perfect for exploring Wells by foot.

Estive aqui algumas vezes para a cerveja estranha, mas esta visita foi infelizmente para um velório. Não posso reclamar do serviço e Oscar o garçom foi excelente. Ele se envolveu com os clientes e foi além de agradar. Ele é um crédito não só para o hotel, mas para sua família também. É um prazer conhecer pessoas como ele.

Equipe maravilhosamente simpática, bela localização, edifício e quartos. O café da manhã foi excelente.O hotel ainda está operando com um serviço reduzido, o que pode afetar a estadia de algumas pessoas, mas para nós não foi um problema. A limpeza do quarto em relação ao estranho cabelo perdido no banheiro precisa de um pouco de atenção, mas não era nada que não pudéssemos enxaguar da banheira para nos livrarmos. Com certeza ficaria novamente, é em uma localização tão incrível!

Personal maravillosamente amable, hermosa ubicación, edificio y habitaciones. El desayuno era excelente.El hotel todavía está operando con un servicio reducido, lo que podría afectar la estadía de algunas personas, pero para nosotros no fue un problema. La limpieza de la habitación con respecto al extraño cabello perdido en el baño necesita un poco de atención, pero no fue nada que no pudiéramos enjuagar de la bañera para deshacernos. Definitivamente me quedaría de nuevo, ¡está en una ubicación tan increíble!

He estado aquí varias veces por una cerveza extraña, pero esta visita fue lamentablemente para un velorio. No puedo quejarme del servicio y Oscar, el camarero, fue excepcional. Been here a few times for the odd beer, but this visit was sadly for a wake. Can not complain about the service and Oscar the waiter was outstanding. He engaged with the customers and went beyond to please. He is a credit not only to the hotel but to his family also. It's a pleasure to meet people like him.

Wonderfully friendly staff, beautiful location, building and rooms. Breakfast was excellent. Hotel is still operating on a reduced service, which might impact some people's stay but for us wasn't an issue. Room cleanliness in regards to the odd missed hair in the bathroom needs a bit of attention, but it was nothing that we couldn't rinse out of the tub to get rid of. Would definitely stay again, it is in such an amazing location!

Lovely hotel in the centre of Wells. Staff and the service was first class. Calum the bartender was a really nice pleasant and informative guy.The room was spacious needs a little updating but overall a great stay. Will definitely be back.

Mi hija y yo encontramos nuestra habitación bien equipada, limpia y con camas súper cómodas. ¡Muy bonita decoración! Personal muy servicial y atento. La ubicación es perfecta, con mucho estacionamiento en el lugar, pero tenga en cuenta que esta es una antigua entrada de autocares tan estrecha y bifurcada. My daughter and I found our room well equipped, clean with super comfy beds. Very nice decor! Staff very helpful and attentive. Location is perfect with lots of on site parking but be mindful this is an old coaching entrance so narrow and twi Breakfast was distinctly average but plentiful. Would recommended

This hotel is ideally placed to explore Wells on foot and has the benefit of parking. The parking entrance is fine at a slow speed. The hotel seems to be in new ownership and let's hope they invest...
