Very nice hotel by water. The view is nice probably much nicer when the spring comes and it turns all green. The front desk is helpful with any questions asked and the breakfast buffet is delicious. Rooms are a little small and parking is not free but they do offer public parking and a garage.

Stayed in the room for 2 nights. The Staff was helpful and friendly. The view from room is really nice, you can see the Rhein river directly. Sadly the room was really old fashioned, needs renovation! Also desperately in need of cleaning, you can see spider webs in the cieling, dirt on the curtains. The bathroom was also dirty and had a weird smell to it. Also the bathroom in the reception area had a really bad smell! Room service is also nonexistent, room was never cleaned and no new towels were hung. It would also be great if new pillows were provided, they were too thin!

En general, tuvimos un breve descanso en Bingen. La ubicación del hotel es buena. Estás justo en el Rin y puedes comenzar muchas hermosas caminatas y recorridos en bicicleta desde aquí. El personal del hotel fue amable. El desayuno era muy variado y bueno y también había numerosos platos para veganos. Nuestra habitación estaba por desgracia por debajo de la media. Teníamos una de las habitaciones más caras con vistas al Rin. Desafortunadamente, la vista fue decepcionante, ya que un edificio restringía severamente la vista. La relación precio-rendimiento no es del todo correcta, ya que la habitación también tenía algunos defectos. Estaba bastante sucio en algunos rincones, el baño (y sobre todo el lavabo) necesita urgentemente ser renovado por completo para que te puedas sentir realmente cómodo y los muebles ya no sean los más nuevos. Nada en contra de las mesitas de noche de Ikea muy baratas, pero podría haber sido un poco más hogareño (por ejemplo, faltaban por completo las imágenes en las paredes). Por lo tanto, si no tiene requisitos tan altos en la habitación y le da más valor a un buen desayuno y una buena ubicación, también podrá pasar unos días agradables aquí.

Nice hotel com um ótimo buffet de café da manhã. Muito simpática equipe do hotel! O quarto era limpo, infelizmente muito barulhento. O hotel fica próximo aos trilhos do trem e o tráfego de trem pode ser ouvido claramente. Tão chato à noite.

No geral, tivemos uma pequena pausa agradável em Bingen. A localização do hotel é ótima. Você está bem no Reno e pode começar muitas belas caminhadas e passeios de bicicleta a partir daqui. Os funcionários do hotel eram simpáticos. O café da manhã era muito variado e bom e também havia vários pratos para vegans. Infelizmente, o nosso quarto estava abaixo da média. Tínhamos um dos quartos mais caros, com vista para o Reno. Infelizmente, a vista era decepcionante, já que um prédio restringia severamente a visão. A relação preço-desempenho não é muito boa, já que o quarto também tinha alguns defeitos. Estava bastante sujo em alguns cantos, o banheiro (e principalmente a pia) precisa urgentemente ser totalmente reformado para que você se sinta realmente confortável e os móveis não sejam mais os mais novos. Nada contra mesas de cabeceira Ikea muito baratas, mas poderia ter sido um pouco mais caseira (por exemplo, as fotos nas paredes estavam ausentes). Portanto, se você não exige tanto do quarto e valoriza um bom café da manhã e uma boa localização, também poderá passar bons dias aqui.

A localização é diretamente no Reno, com vista para o Monumento Niederwald e a Torre do Rato. A localização central garante distâncias curtas do centro da cidade e da estação ferroviária.Os barcos de excursão também estão muito perto das margens do Reno e de fácil acesso. O pessoal do hotel é muito simpático e empenhado, "Muito obrigado" por isso. Com a esplanada do Reno, o restaurante e o bar, achamos muito agradável a nossa estadia aqui em casa e já marcamos a nossa próxima visita.

Bonito hotel con un gran desayuno buffet. ¡El personal del hotel es muy amable! La habitación estaba limpia, desafortunadamente muy ruidosa. El hotel está al lado de las vías del tren y se puede escuchar claramente el tráfico del tren. Muy molesto por la noche.

La ubicación está directamente en el Rin, con vistas al Monumento Niederwald y la Torre del Ratón. Una ubicación central garantiza distancias cortas al centro de la ciudad y la estación de tren.Los barcos de excursión también están muy cerca de las orillas del Rin y son de fácil acceso. El personal del hotel es muy amable y comprometido, "Muchas gracias" por eso. Con la terraza del Rin, el restaurante y el bar, encontramos nuestra estancia aquí en la casa muy agradable y ya hemos reservado nuestra próxima visita.

Habitación más "apariencia que su" cena era regular ..., el desayuno era bueno. Muy ruidoso debido al tráfico de trenes toda la noche, los tapones para los oídos eran imprescindibles. Buena ubicacion. El personal era muy agradable y se esforzó mucho, pero no volveremos a menos que lo estén renovando.

Quarto mais "aparência do que seu" jantar era mais ou menos ..., o café da manhã era bom. Muito barulhento devido ao tráfego de trem a noite toda, os tampões de ouvido eram obrigatórios. A localização era boa. A equipe foi muito simpática e tentou arduamente, mas não vamos voltar a menos que esteja a ser renovado.

A big hotel in desperate need of renovation and Cleaning. I have stayed at NH as part of my work travels and choose NH at Bingen am Rhein for a weekend getaway. I should have checked the recent reviews before booking. Location os brilliant, you can take ferry and go to Rüdesheim or simply find hiking trails and wine places nearby. Checkin We booked online two rooms for us and children and requested for rooms on same floor atleast 4 weeks in advance. On arrival, only one booking seemed to be showing and later the staff told us that the rooms are on different floors 1st and 4th. The request of a Rhein facing room was completely not fulfilled. Rooms Are dirty to say the lease. As seen in the pictures, the wash basin sink was cracked, the WC dirty, the bath closure doesn’t close, Mouli on the tiles etc. The wallpaper is peeling off from the wall. Breakfast This is the best stuff in the hotel and can give five stars only for the breakfast. Extensive selection and choice of eggs made to order. Overall, I would give it 1 stars, I give an extra star for the breakfast.

Nós fomos autorizados a ser hóspedes no hotel no fim de semana passado. O quarto com vista para o Reno era pequeno, mas confortável e limpo. Tudo estava lá que você precisava. Nos banheiros, porém, dá para perceber que está ficando um pouco velho. No entanto, a equipe compensa o pequeno defeito. Sem exceção, todos foram muito prestativos e extremamente amigáveis. O buffet de pequeno-almoço não deixa absolutamente nada a desejar. Muito obrigado às pessoas que se esforçam para garantir que os nossos hóspedes tenham uma estadia agradável. Eles tiveram sucesso conosco.

Os móveis dos quartos eram muito antigos. Móveis verdes, carpetes antigos e uma máquina de passar para calças ?! À noite, às vezes fazia muito calor na sala, apesar da janela aberta. A vista do Reno era ótima. Também recomendaria uma vista para o Reno, visto que uma linha ferroviária com muito tráfego de mercadorias passa do outro lado.O buffet de café-da-manhã estava bem.

Los muebles de las habitaciones eran bastante viejos. ¿Muebles verdes, alfombras antiguas y una máquina de planchar pantalones? Por la noche a veces hacía mucho calor en la habitación, a pesar de la ventana abierta. La vista del Rin era genial. También recomendaría una vista hacia el Rin, ya que una línea de ferrocarril con mucho tráfico de mercancías pasa por el otro lado.El buffet de desayuno estaba bien.

Se nos permitió ser huéspedes en el hotel el fin de semana pasado. La habitación con vistas al Rin era pequeña pero cómoda y limpia. Todo estaba allí que necesitabas. En los baños, sin embargo, se nota que está envejeciendo un poco. Sin embargo, el personal compensa la pequeña imperfección. Sin excepción, todos fueron muy serviciales y extremadamente amables. El buffet de desayuno no deja absolutamente nada que desear. Muchas gracias a las personas que se esfuerzan para que nuestros huéspedes tengan una estadía placentera. Lo han logrado con nosotros.

Nice hotel in a great location. Good and friendly staff. We were there for 2 days when our car broke down heading back home to the Netherlands. The staff helped us in every way possible and made the stay easier for us.

Sadly I can give only 2 stars.In my room the internet was like I don't have att all. The toilet is not properly cleaned, you can see if you look in it. As positive I can say about the bed. I did enjoy it. And also the TV, is a good quality.

We arrived at the hotel at around 18.00 on 24/7.We were allocated a room initially on the 2nd floor.This room was not clean the fan which was in the room was full of built up dust and generally the whole room was dirty. We were the given another room which was very hot.We went out for a walk when we returned to the room we were dismayed at our finding 100s of small flies all over the walls ceiling bedding etc.We went again to reception and explained the situation and asked if they had any fly killer or a fly screen.We were told they did not have anything or another room.We told them that we could not sleep in that room so would have to sleep in the car or find alternative accommodation. We did not get any help finding alternative accommodation and in the end had to book a hotel in Mainz that we had to drive to at 11.30pm.I have attached photos of the room and have to say I am disgusted by the whole experience

“NH Hotel Bingen does not meet the standards that we are used to compared to other NH Hotels”Positive: - Beautiful view over the Rhine. - Within five minutes walking you are in the center of Bingen. Tip: go to “Eiscafe Rialto”, they got delicious ice cream. - Enough parking space. Parking cost for 3 days is 12 EUR. - Restaurant: good foodNegative: - The “Standard New Style” room is outdated. Except for the new desk, everything is old and damaged - Staff is not always friendly, sometimes even rude. - Not mentioned on the website: sauna and wellness center are closed. - Restaurant: expensive dishes, incorrect bill, long waiting times, salad was missing from the main course and we also did not get it (even after asking about the salad). Waiter however was a great guy working hard.

This is a weird hotel haha. We stayed in it as part of a tour we were part of. What I like: - near to a park - next to a nice lake - yummy food - friendly staffWhat I didn't like: -small rooms - rooms don't have ac do you have to use a fan - small bathrooms - the water in the shower doesn't stay put. Once you think it's perfect to shower then it becomes cold, hot, etc..Overall the hotel is nice. We got for a nice walk and the zone is safe.
