“We stayed from Oct 21-28. Everything was amazing. Cleanliness was impeccable, they tiddied the room 3+ times a day and all of the common areas were perfectly up-kept. The staff were friendly and accommodating. Specifically Raul the concierge, Marilin & Andre at the buffet, and Antonio & Jackson behind the bar all went above and beyond. They really made us feel like family. We will be back year and year again, with our families next time. The food was also 10/10. Restaurants were great and very easy to get reservations. Our favourite was Mina (the steakhouse). We went three times and could have gone more. The buffet had a huge selection and the food was always great and fresh. The traditional Dominican food was super tasty and flavourful. I cannot say enough good things about this resort. It is definitely worth the steep price.”

“The entire stay has been incredibly pleasant. Staff throughout the establishment were attentive, professional and a delight to interact with. Kudos to the ENTIRE staff at the buffet, particularly Junior, Arlan, and Abraham. I may have misspelled Arlan's name, but he's reminds me of a tall glass of cold water on a very hot Punta Cana day. The Swim up bar was a highlight of our stay. Kudos to Gabe and the crew!!!! Both day and night teams”
