Friendly reception and cleaning staff. Hotel is extremely well maintained, only issue we had was that the airco was noisy in room 218. Room was big, bed was comfortable and light blocking curtains, make that you can have a descent sleep. Big screen TV. Fast Wifi. Beautiful bathroom. Sufficient parking. Just a relaxed location close to the public and private hospitals. Funcionários simpáticos da recepção e limpeza. O hotel é extremamente bem conservado, o único problema que tivemos foi que o ar-condicionado era barulhento no quarto 218. O quarto era grande, a cama era confortável e as cortinas de bloqueio de luz permitem que você tenha um sono tranquilo. TV de tela grande. Wi-Fi rápido. Lindo banheiro. Estacionamento suficiente. Apenas um local descontraído perto dos hospitais públicos e privados.

El hotel está extremadamente bien mantenido, el único problema que tuvimos fue que el aire acondicionado era ruidoso en la habitación 218. La habitación era grande, la cama era cómoda y las cortinas bloqueaban la luz, lo que hace que pueda dormir bien. Televisor de pantalla grande. Wi-Fi rápido. Hermoso baño. Estacionamiento suficiente. Simplemente un lugar relajado cerca de los hospitales públicos y privados.

Great food and great service. Went there for lunch. If parking on site, you need to be aware to register your car at reception or restaurant to avoid a parking fine. Signs are there to advise this but you need to look for them. Ótima comida e ótimo atendimento. Fui lá para o almoço. Se estacionar no local, é preciso estar atento para registrar seu carro na recepção ou restaurante para evitar multa de estacionamento. Os sinais estão lá para aconselhar isso, mas você precisa procurá-los.

Si estaciona en el lugar, debe tener en cuenta que debe registrar su automóvil en la recepción o en el restaurante para evitar una multa de estacionamiento. Check out is rather early at 10am, most hotels are 11am. No Do Not Disturb sign is available for the room door, not sure how to keep from being disturbed? Staff were great, very welcoming. La salida es bastante temprano a las 10 am, la mayoría de los hoteles son a las 11 am. No hay un letrero de No molestar disponible para la puerta de la habitación, ¿no está seguro de cómo evitar que lo molesten? El personal fue excelente, muy acogedor.

Check-out é bastante cedo às 10h, a maioria dos hotéis são 11h. Nenhum sinal de Não perturbe está disponível para a porta do quarto, não sabe como evitar ser incomodado? A equipe foi ótima, muito acolhedora.

It is an amazing Hotel overall we stayed in many but this one tops the list. 10/10 for staff friendliness and eager to please you. The cleanliness in the hotel was impeccable. Starting from our room right thru to the eatery downstairs. Parking was great and was always available for our car. We just had to note our number plate at reception when we checked in to avoid a $77 fine. We’ll definitely be back:) Thank you for my surprise 60th Birthday which my wife booked . She definitely made a good choice. Location is quite serene and quiet yet so central to travel north and south along the coast :) 10/10 in all aspects En general, es un hotel increíble en el que nos alojamos en muchos, pero este encabeza la lista. 10/10 por la amabilidad del personal y muchas ganas de complacerte. La limpieza en el hotel fue impecable. Comenzando desde nuestra habitación hasta el restaurante de abajo. El estacionamiento fue excelente y siempre estuvo disponible para nuestro automóvil. Solo tuvimos que anotar nuestro número de matrícula en la recepción cuando nos registramos para evitar una multa de $ 77. Definitivamente regresaremos :) Gracias por mi sorpresa 60 cumpleaños que mi esposa reservó. Definitivamente hizo una buena elección. La ubicación es bastante serena y tranquila pero muy céntrica para viajar al norte y al sur a lo largo de la costa :) 10/10 en todos los aspectos

I stayed here in the 28th of august, the morning after staying there I noticed sheets had blood stains in them (even have proof in photos) told this to them all I got was “oh sorry about that” still wanted to pay full rate for overnight stay.. then got copped with parking fine. Then after being told matter was resolved got a final notice for that parking fine. Terrible place to stay at, never again! Me alojé aquí el 28 de agosto, la mañana después de quedarme allí noté que las sábanas tenían manchas de sangre (incluso tengo pruebas en las fotos) les dije que todo lo que obtuve fue "oh, lo siento" todavía quería pagar la tarifa completa pasar la noche ... luego me pagaron una multa de estacionamiento. Luego, después de que me dijeron que el asunto se resolvió, obtuve un aviso final por esa multa de estacionamiento. Terrible lugar para alojarse, ¡nunca más!

A limpeza do hotel estava impecável. A partir do nosso quarto até o restaurante no térreo. O estacionamento era ótimo e estava sempre disponível para o nosso carro. Nós apenas tivemos que anotar nossa placa de número na recepção quando fizemos o check-in para evitar uma multa de US $ 77. Definitivamente voltaremos :) Obrigado pela minha surpresa de 60 anos que minha esposa reservou. Ela definitivamente fez uma boa escolha. A localização é bastante serena e tranquila, mas tão central para viajar para o norte e para o sul ao longo da costa :) 10/10 em todos os aspectos

Fiquei aqui no dia 28 de agosto, na manhã depois de ficar lá, notei que os lençóis tinham manchas de sangue (até tenho provas nas fotos) disse isso a eles tudo o que recebi foi "oh desculpe por isso" ainda queria pagar a taxa total por pernoite .. então foi apanhado com multa de estacionamento. Então, depois de ser informado que o assunto foi resolvido, recebi um aviso final para essa multa de estacionamento. Lugar terrível para ficar, nunca mais!

Despite eating at the Cafe in the hotel with a guest who booked 2 rooms i received a $77 fine for 1 hours parking. When i appealed was just dismissed and told to pay the fine. Whilst you could fight the fine further and they have no legal rights to enforce the payment, it was just easier to pay and never stay there again. Accor has lost a customer for a silly cash grab. A pesar de comer en la cafetería del hotel con un huésped que reservó 2 habitaciones, recibí una multa de $ 77 por 1 hora de estacionamiento. Cuando apelé fue desestimado y me dijeron que pagara la multa. Si bien podría luchar más contra la multa y no tienen derechos legales para hacer cumplir el pago, fue más fácil pagar y nunca volver a quedarse allí. Accor ha perdido un cliente por un tonto robo de efectivo.

Apesar de comer no café do hotel com um hóspede que reservou 2 quartos, recebi uma multa de US $ 77 por 1 hora de estacionamento. Quando eu apelei foi apenas indeferido e disse para pagar a multa. Embora você pudesse lutar ainda mais contra a multa e eles não tivessem direitos legais para impor o pagamento, era apenas mais fácil pagar e nunca mais ficar lá. A Accor perdeu um cliente por uma bobagem em dinheiro.

Had to change rooms as the smell became unbearable. Other than that will only stay there again if its the last place available. El lugar es promedio. Nada de lo que hablar. La comida era buena en el restaurante. El dormitorio estaba bien. El drenaje debe ordenarse ya que las habitaciones realmente tienen un mal olor de los desagües. Tuve que cambiar de habitación porque el olor se volvió insoportable. Aparte de eso, solo se quedará allí nuevamente si es el último lugar disponible.

Quarto estava ok. A drenagem precisa ser classificada, pois os quartos realmente ficam com mau cheiro dos ralos. Tive que trocar de quarto porque o cheiro se tornou insuportável. Fora isso, só ficarei lá novamente se for o último lugar disponível.
