“Nice hotel. Made to feel welcomed when we first arrived. Rooms were kept clean and tidy. Big selection for breakfast although we only used once and was very busy. Will definitely use mercure hotels again for other holidays.”

“Overall the hotel is good The staff are courteous and the maintenance very good. But for three nights now, my husband and I have trouble staying in the room because of the heat. I asked the reception if the air conditioner could be turned on but I answered no. I asked if I could open a window and answered no. I even asked for a little fan and you didn't have one. The heat is just unbearable and you did nothing to solve the problem. Also, throughout our stay at one of the hotel, one of two elevators was in the fault. Sometimes getting to the 7th floor and back to the lobby takes a lot of time. Too bad .”
