O melhor Mercure no qual já estive, muito acima de qualquer outro hotel Mercure da rede. Espetacular, desde a localização, ate os quartos e banheiros amplos, um bonito bar (onde funciona um lindo e bom restaurante), staff cordial e simpático e o melhor: um dos melhores cafés da manhã da rede Accor que já tivemos! Realmente magnifico este Mercure de Potsdam.Uma grata surpresa! Louca pra voltar! : )

- Quartos modernos e novos - ótimo conceito de cama e banheiro legal - o pensamento foi dado aqui - Os MA da recepção são um pouco desorganizados, mas amigáveis - a situação do estacionamento é muito caótica e há apenas algumas vagas (mas há muitas vagas e estacionamentos de vários andares por uma taxa baixa na área) - Estação central a 2 minutos a pé - Piscina nova e ultramoderna em frente à estação principal, a cerca de 5 minutos a pé do hotel - Conclusão: exceto por pequenas coisas desculpáveis, você pode tirar férias relaxantes aqui

O Mercure Hotel Potsdam está localizado em 14467 Potsdam, Lange Brücke. Este é um hotel moderno com um bar acolhedor e um restaurante que serve cozinha regional e internacional. Aliás, o suporte gastronômico é muito louvável. O ambiente lá é muito agradável e o ambiente também é muito bom. O pessoal é muito amigável, útil, socialmente competente e muito valioso. Altamente recomendado!

- Habitaciones modernas y frescas - gran concepto de cama y baño fresco - se pensó aquí - El MA en la recepción es un poco desorganizado, pero amigable - la situación del estacionamiento es muy caótica y solo hay unos pocos lugares de estacionamiento (en los alrededores hay muchos estacionamientos y estacionamientos de varios pisos por una tarifa baja) - Estación central a 2 minutos a pie - Piscina nueva y ultramoderna frente a la estación principal, a unos 5 minutos a pie del hotel - Conclusión: a excepción de las pequeñas cosas excusables, puede tomar unas vacaciones relajantes aquí

El Mercure Hotel Potsdam se encuentra en 14467 Potsdam, Lange Brücke. Es un hotel moderno con un acogedor bar y restaurante que sirve cocina regional e internacional. Por cierto, el catering es muy loable. El ambiente es muy agradable y el ambiente también es muy agradable. El personal es muy amable, servicial, socialmente competente y muy valioso. ¡Muy recomendable!

Place is nice located,also staff is not friendly 😏, I asked for a room in a high floor and I have got it after paying extra 10€ but next to the elevator!! Superior room small sized, I asked for a king size bed I got a twin bed!!! As I went to the Reception he told me all rooms are the same and there is nothing he could do!!!!! 😠😠😠😠

Outdated building from the 1970s. Rooms are very small, and very, very hot - the air conditioning is feeble. Windows hardly open. Breakfast costs over 15 euros and is nothing special. Parking is shared with Europacar and when there is space it costs 18 euros for overnight parking!!! There are many, many better hotels in Potsdam. Avoid this one!

El hotel es muy grande y tiene diferentes tipos de habitaciones. Las habitaciones están muy limpias. El servicio es muy amable y la ubicación es muy buena, cerca de la ciudad y de la estación central. También sirven un muy buen desayuno buffet. La única preocupación sobre este hotel es el estacionamiento. Hay muy pocos lugares para un gran hotel como este. Puedes encontrar un lugar cerca pero asegúrate de obtener una multa de estacionamiento, de lo contrario recibirás una multa de la policía.

The hotel is very big and has different kind of rooms. The rooms are very clean. The service is very friendly and the location is very good, close to the city and central station. They also serve a very good breakfast buffet. The only concern about this hotel is the parking lot. There are way too few spots for a big hotel like this. You can find a spot close by but make sure you get a parking ticket otherwise you will get a ticket from the police.

It was okay. Got a standard room but it wasn't well cleaned: hair in bathroom, unvacuumed corners, and, more disturbingly, a small chip of broken glass in the toilet. On a Friday night the restaurant, which boasts hours from 5pm to 10pm, was closed and food could only be had at the bar. Breakfast buffet is nice but at 16 euros a person is a bit too expensive. A much nicer buffet is available at nearby ExtraBlatt for two thirds the price.

Very small but also very comfortable room. Clean and with interesting air conditioning built into the windowsill. Do not expect a large selection of breakfast, but not deprived too, there is something to choose(quite suitable for satisfying morning hunger, but also not over-eating). The room is quiet, the bed is comfortable. No toothpaste. The main positive element of the hotel is its location "around the corner" from the main tourist routes. And a very large parking place nearby. This hotel has parking.

Unfortunately not many good things I can say about this hotel. One of the worst Accor hotels I have been in. Rooms are absolutely tiny. No wardrobes or any other storage. Not much room for suitcases. No tea or coffee making facilities in the room. More of a Travelodge standard than 4 star hotel. The only positive thing I have to say about this hotel is breakfast which was very good. I will rather avoid it in the future.

Muy buena relación calidad precio. El hotel se ve desde la estación a la que llegas cuando vienes a Potsdam , son literalmente dos minutos andando. La recepcionista española que está por las mañanas , Ana , es maravillosa. Todo limpio , ordenado, perfecto . En la habitación tienes un calentador de agua y café e infusiones variadas. También nevera pequeña y caja fuerte. El wifi gratuito va muy bien. Recomendable.
