“I was very disappointed in this hotel. On hotels.com, this hotel has a “Superb” rating, but let me tell you that there is nothing superb about it. We were placed on a ground level unit, which I did not prefer because the area didn’t seem well kept. The ground floor room reaped of a terrible odor as if the carpet or walls had been wet and the water had not been properly cleaned up. The smell was horrible and truly indescribable. Additionally, there were dirt smearing on the various pieces of furniture - the couch, kitchen chairs and even the carpet. I was told that the room had been “cleaned” but it really wasn’t clean. It didn’t even smell like it had been cleaned. There was rust and wood chipping on the doors and part of the floors. The room just didn’t seem well maintained. We had selected this hotel for an extended stay, but we couldn’t stand the idea of having to stay in such living conditions for 3 weeks. The pictures you see on the hotel’s website are clearly when the hotel was new or recently renovated, but those pictures truly do not reflect the hotel that I was in is yesterday. I wish I would’ve captured pictures to share here, but I was too busy trying to load the car back up with our personal items and find other arrangements.”

“A equipe é extremamente simpática. Infelizmente, eu tive que dormir as primeiras 4 noites em um quarto insuportavelmente barulhento que cheirava a fumaça de cigarro velho antes que eu pudesse mudar para um mais confortável. A hélice do ar condicionado estava do lado de fora da janela ao lado da cama. O som da fiação elétrica veio pela porta. A velha fumaça de cigarro podia ser ouvida em todos os lugares.No segundo quarto só tive que aguentar o barulho da rua. Fora isso, o equipamento é bastante razoável e contemporâneo, mas já bem desgastado. Até agora tudo estava limpo.Café-da-manhã incluso iogurte, granola, tortas pop e água. Nada de especial, mas ok para os EUA.”
