O hotel está em obras não dá café da manhã como diz o site,a piscina e spa desativados e em obras, não tem uma recepção está num quarto provisório, não tem uma mesa com 2 cadeiras para tomarmos café da manhã no quarto conforme foto no site.
Solicitei a mesa não me forneceram .

I would give it zero stars. The hotel has been closed for the two weeks and they didn’t even bother letting me know. We booked 4 rooms over a 2 months ago and they didn’t even call or email nothing. We came here from NY today and it’s literally closed and no one’s picking up the phone. THIS IS A HUGE SCAM!

818 hotel review.I had cautiously high hopes for this hotel, but it is after all a budget stay. After reading reviews of people finding cockroaches we were a bit worried.There are signs all through the property advising not to smoke near the buildings but there are cigarette buds littered through out the floor. It seems as though smoking pot in the open is a socially acceptable thing here and people smoke up around kids with no second thought about it, the AC units pick up the scent and it blows it in the rooms, the only way to clear it out is by leaving the doors open and inviting bugs inside.The room was tidy, that being said we did take a a close look through everything since we are traveling with kids. We took Lysol wipes to the floor and it’s a good thing we did, they had not been properly cleaned, either that or the floors get dirty quickly around here.Lucky for us we didn’t have a unit facing the highway, but the road facing the front is quite busy. We had white noice which helped drown out some of the traffic. With that in mind; the pool is supposed to be open until 9:00pm according to signs, but it doesn’t stop people from partying until 10:00pm. Might be an issue if you have little ones or trying to wake up early the following day.If you have someone in the unit above you be prepared to hear them walking about. If your up stairs Neighbor is a heavy walker this will sound like your head is in a drum. Between the heavy steps, creaking walls from the heavy steps and the sounds of luggage wheels being run about, it’ll be enough to either keep you up or wake you up.Breakfast was a grab and go consisting of granola bars, juice and water. Not what was advertised on the Choice hotel app, the fitness center was also closed; again not advertised on the app at the time of booking.The wifi is terrible. Most of the time we were unable to connect.And as for the roaches… yep, they are there, in the rooms and throughout the grounds. What happens when you place a complaint and try to cancel your stay because of it? They tell you tough luck, call customer service. That or wait for the manager who is there a few days after your stay is done. Even when the kids are freaked out losing their minds unable to sleep. While the room was spacious, the beds were comfortable, and would have been very nice overall despite quite a few problems.We originally reserved a poolside room, but instead received one facing the freeway directly, making it much harder to sleep. When we walked in, our non smoking room smelled like weed. Only one outlet in the room worked, the cable to the lamp in the center of the room had a cable that was cut, and the outlet closest to the door was ripped out of the wall and broken. Multiple times throughout the night, someone nearby would start smoking weed and it would fill our room with the smell. The center dresser had transparent sticky spots on it, and the ceiling of the bathroom, the tile in front of the toiler, the curtains in the front window, and at least one of the towels left in the room had mysterious reddish-brown stains all over. At first glance, a very nice room, but had many issues that discourage me from wanting to give a better rating. After a long drive to get to the hotel, the room itself was hardly as picturesque as in photos. Not only that, there was a huge ROACH that crawled from under the bed. This is where we get into the terrible customer service portion. The lady did not want to give a refund and was looking at me as if she was not accustomed to treating visitors with professionalism. They changed our room to a room two rooms down and to no one's surprise, there was a ROACH in that room as well! So we ended up driving home late at night due to the rude customer service and the uncontrolled infestation. If the customer service was not the way it was then I would have given grace with this review but since she wasn't, I mean let's be honest. You're better off sleeping in the car. I had to move a giant piece of furniture to plug it in. 6.) Don’t bother using the in-room desk for work. There are zero outlets to plug stuff in. 7.) Bed: rock hard and the pillows flat. 8.) Refrigerator: broken. Barely made a bottle of water slightly above room temp. 9.) Key card: stopped working and had to get it reactivated. 10.) Door: had to body slam it every single time to get it closed.What a nightmare. I can’t believe I paid that much for a cheap motel. Do NOT stay here unless your only other option is your car. Overall, the room had all the required amenities. They functioned properly. Lighting is sufficient. The room looks recently renovated. There were stains on my comforter but the nice bathroom with plenty of soap makes up for it. However, at $145/night of course I'll be stealing these soaps, Thanks Angel!P.S.
