“The resort it self was very pretty. My room was very nice and the view was amazing, as I was right on the beach with a private pool. My butler, Alfonso, was SUPERB!!! He was the only positive customer service experience that was received during my 5 day stay. I've traveled numerous times to Mexico, as it's one of my favorite countries to visit. The beauty and culture is gorgeous and inviting.
However, the service at this resort was extremely disappointing from the front desk employees, hostess, bartenders and management. Maybe my expectations were high, as any resort I've ever visited, the employees were very kind, upbeat, accommodating and created an experience that made you not want to leave or you couldn't wait to get back - it was very unfortunate that this wasn't the case at this resort.
I manage a 392-unit multi-family luxury community and I've always stated to my employees, you only get one chance to make a positive first impression with that being said I will never visit a Grand Park resort.”
