Hotel pésimo, la atención de todo el personal es de lo peor , aquí los empleados y el hotel dicen a que hora cenas, tienes que hacer fila para reservar tu cena y eso quita tiempo de tu tiempo, las camaristas pasan y si estás descansando te dicen que no pueden regresar mas tarde, la comida no es tan mala,pero la atención es la peor de cualquier lugar. Teníamos un allinvlusive y la recepcionista ya nos quería cobrar el desayuno. No vengan a este hotel, las instalaciones viejas y descuidadas 🤮🤮🤮🤮

My husband and I had a lovely time at Occidental. The room left a bit to be desired but overall it was perfectly serviceable, and honestly we didn't spend a ton of time there anyways. They were actively painting and working on the rooms next door to us during our stay. I really enjoyed the service provided by the staff. The pool bar staff were phenomenal in particular. The restaurant we did go to, the Tokyo themed one, was just okay. I found the food at the buffet to be better overall. We had a lovely time and we will be coming back.

La boda de mi hermano fue este fin de semana,todo muy organizado y la cena deliciosa. Nelly y todo el staff fueron formidables. Decidimos quedarnos 4 días más, y celebramos el cumpleaños de mi hermano, a la hora de la comida muy amables le cantaron las mañanitas y le dieron un regalo por parte del Hotel. La verdad fue una muy grata experiencia aún que éramos un grupo de casi 100 personas. Excelente servicio!!! Queremos regresar!!

Ótimo hotel. Bar foi relaxante e bebidas gratuitas estavam fluindo bem. Piscina é linda. Buffet é bom se você não tiver outros planos de alimentos. A equipe foi muito útil. A praia era agradável e havia algumas atividades aquáticas nas proximidades por um custo extra. A cerca de 15 minutos de carro do centro da cidade

El personalfue muy amable en general, aunque en algunos lugares se nota la distinción que hacen hacia los mexicanos, tratando mejor a los extranjeros. El hotel estará muy lindo, pero en el área de camastros y en la playa cercana hay muchas colillas de cigarro 😰 y cubrebocas tirados, el hotel debería ayudar a mantener limpias las áreas e inspirar a los huéspedes a conservarlas, pueden poner algunos botecitos para las colillas y programar jornadas de limpieza para evitar que toda esa basura llegue al mar 🌊, me entristece mucho el desinterés que se tiene por la contaminación. Por otro lado, al ingresar firmé para que no me hicieran la limpieza del cuarto durante mi estancia, y cuando salí y regresé ya la habían hecho, al parecer no hay comunicación entre ellos. La comida en los buffet es de baja-media calidad. No me gustó que ofrecieran productos sólo para categoría Royal en el área general. ✅Muy bien para el Hotel porque no genera desechables ni popotes ♻️, todas las bebidas son en vasos reusables. En el baño hay dispensador de jabón y de shampoo 👏🏼, muy bien. Tuve la oportunidad de ver delfines desde la comodidad del camastro, fue hermoso. La conexión a internet muy buena en todas las instalaciones.

BUENO: un hotel muy bonito, con una playa hermosa, muy limpia. El sazón de la comida (tanto del buffet como los restaurantes de especialidades) es excelente. Pero en el desayuno hace falta variedad y cantidad (ej. se termina la leche y no ponen nuevas). El servicio en general es amable pero como siempre mucho mejor trato a extranjeros, mención a Miguel de la Mora (pool bar) y Lalo Mora (playa) por su increíble trato.MALO: hay muchos vendedores en los camastros de la playa, hasta entran por el área del hotel. Al momento de comer, si se acerca la hora del cierre se la pasan hostigando y apurando. Y en las reservaciones de cena, la última es a las 10pm, pero al entrar al restaurante, te dicen que dejan de tomar órdenes a las 10:05pm 🙄🙄. El bay del lobby cierra a la 1, pero desde 12:30 te quitan los cojines de las sillas y apagan luces.

Experiencia regular.Por donde empezar, el personal siempre fue super amable, pero al parecer no había comunicación con recepción porque pedí que no me hicieran el servicio de habitación y aún así lo hicieron. Alrededor del hotel hacía la playa hay muchas colillas de cigarrillo, deberían ponerse las pilas para mantenerla limpia. Nunca salió agua caliente de la regadera. La instalacióneléctrica zumbaba y aunque lo reporté nunca fueron a repararlo. Son muy piquis para lo del brazalete y la reservación de los restaurantes. Por favor cambien al Dj del salón, contraten a un animador, el ambiente ahí es malisimo. La calidad del licor es muy malo, su línea de licores es de baja calidad. Los jugos no son naturales. Generan muchas botellas de plástico de agua, podrían dar agua en botella de vidrio o de garrafon.En conclusión no regresaría, pueden conseguir algo mejor con ese mismo precio.

We had a fantastic stay at Occidental Nuevo Vallarta! Will always recommend this place to anyone!The staff was by far the best part, as each person was so nice and friendly and always got you whatever you needed. Upgrading to the Royal was definitely worth it as the private pool/hot tub, cabanas, bar, and royal restaurant were all amazing and never crowded! The location was perfect right on the beach and across the street from the mall.The entertainment was terrific including each of the shows and the activities they did throughout the day like ping pong, zumba, water aerobics, and bingo!The Italian restaurant and royal were our favorites! The buffet was also always good and had great selection.The only negative for us was the lobby at night would get loud and you can hear it all from the rooms. And the Mexican restaurant was short staffed and the food was not good. But overall a 5/5 experience and would love to go back!

Royal Level Package Customer: Upon day 1 arrival, our first impression of the room was bad because there was a hair under the sheets aswell as stains, hair on the shower drain, spillage above the bed on the wall that wasn’t cleaned and our fridge was completely empty and did not cool AT ALL. Our room door did not close all the way in order to lock it with the actual lock above the door knob so we had to use the latch instead which was fine but still. Our package came with a complimentary fruit basket and sparkling wine of some sort and never received it. Our fridge was supposed to be fully stocked with items and was not and the fridge wasn’t even cooling our whole stay. From my knowledge the royal level Pool area is supposed to have towels rolled and placed on the chairs for you to grab conveniently but after day 1 of our stay they weren’t there again, we had to go get towels directly from staff in the main pool area. My room maintained a temperature of 74-77 degrees daily and I called to get it fixed 3 times and it still would not cool below 73 degrees even after the attempts. I don’t care for friendly staff if I’m uncomfortable every moment of my stay. The resort has an open air flow which is fine but the elevators/halls are extremely hot and when I return to my room I expect to cool down, not continue sweating or be even hotter. The hot breeze from opening the window doesn’t even help. I don’t know if after a certain time the lobby phones are silenced but I called over 10 times to get someone to my room at almost 11 at night to fix my A/C when I returned back to the hotel after someone already “fixed it” and no one answered so I had to leave the comfort of my own room on the highest floor to speak to someone at the front desk personally and get maintenance to fix it. We received towels with yellow stains which didn’t seem appealing to use even if it is a “stain” through out our stay. The buffet food wasn’t very good nor were the drinks, I review multiple daiquiris that were half way already melted before I even received it. They do not have straws here either. ROYAL LEVEL PRO: - Private restaurant - Private pool PROS: - You can drink the water and shower normally at this resort without the possibility of getting sick - Safe environment/Convenient area - 20 min from airport - Friendly staff (majority speak/understand English) - Hibachi restaurant had the best food besides the royal level restaurant I wouldn’t stay here again nor would I recommend this place to anyone. It is a very beautiful property and they have very nice staff but I was not satisfied especially after paying EXTRA for accommodation that weren’t even accommodated.

Great hotel. Bar was relaxing and free drinks were flowing good. Pool is gorgeous. Buffet is good if you have no other food plans. Staff was very helpful. The beach was nice and there were some water activities nearby for an extra cost. About a 15 minute drive from the actual city's downtown area

Meu namorado e eu ficamos aqui cerca de 3 semanas atrás! A estância é linda! A equipe foi super atenciosa e amigável. Adorei a piscina! O único trabalhador rude que recebi foi a anfitriã do buffet que me disse para cobrir minha parte superior do biquíni (eu estava literalmente a caminho da piscina). Eu diria que o único aspecto negativo para mim foi que não podíamos sair com nossos amigos no lobby à noite porque a segurança do hotel nos expulsaria. Eu sei que é um resort familiar, mas sinto que se você é um jovem casal sem filhos, este resort não atende ao nosso grupo. Eu definitivamente vou escolher um resort apenas para adultos na próxima vez. Caso contrário, lindo resort e eu gostei da minha estadia!

Horrible experiencia desde que pusimos un pie en este hotel. De verdad eviten llegar a este hotel porque verán cómo arruinan sus vacaciones. Desde que llegamos más de una hora para hacer check in, no nos permitieron comer hasta las doce del día que tendríamos el brazalete cuando en otros hoteles ya te están esperando en el lobby con bebidas y snacks, la atención elitista, la comida la más horrible que pudieras encontrar en un hotel súper básica y sin sabor. Para reservar en las especialidades te tienes que levantar a las nueve y hacer fila cuando lo que deseas en una vacación es levantarte tarde, no se porque no aplican la reservación como en otros hoteles, su comida mexicana nada que ver, nada funciona, ni hablar de las habitaciones parece que te estás en una cárcel. De verdad eviten este hotel

This resort was pretty good. Not great, but pretty good. The service was great with great staff. The grounds itself weren't bad but maybe could use a little updating. That's not to say that anything looked bad at all. I would stay here again. Food was normal resort food so nothing stood out. Beachfront was really nice. Just a nice place to have a chill vacation

My boyfriend and I stayed here about 3 weeks ago! The resort is beautiful! The staff was super helpful and friendly. I loved the pool! The only rude worker I got was the hostess at the buffet who told me to cover my bikini top (I was literally on my way to the pool). I would say the only negative for me was that we couldn’t hang out with our friends in the lobby at night because the hotel security would kick us out. I know it is a family resort, but I feel that if you’re a young couple with no kids, this resort doesn’t cater to our group. I definitely will pick an adults only resort next time. Otherwise, beautiful resort and I enjoyed my stay!

Muy bonito el.hotel , buen servicio por parte de su personal, aunque con una distinción muy marcada hacia el.vacacionista extranjero,en el restaurante del desayunos a las 9 de la.mañana, hay una isla donde.te preparan los jugos al momento con una lista de las bebidas que.te.pueden preparar ahí, solicite de la carta un jugo verde natural sin azucar no me lo elaboraronporque ya tenían en la barra jugos verdes pero demasiado azucarado,también en la isla de preparación de huevos al.gusto, la parrilla demasiado cochambrosa , me prepararon uno huevos estrellados los prepararon pera la clara quemada y además muy amarilla, los rechacé y solicite que limpiarán la parrilla, de muy mála gana lo hicieron e inclusive con una actitud molesta lo hicieron, los huevos estrellados que me.prepararon quedaron de una.muy buena imagen y presentación que.se.me.antojaron comer.. Note mala actitud de servicio de parte de el personal.que.atiende esa isla. El restaurante de especialidad en comida italiana, exquisito y de muy buena disposición de su personal. Overall my stay was fine. The staff were friendly, there were some meals where it felt like they forgot about you (searching to find someone to bring you water or clear your plates). You kind of have to figure out on your own how the dinner reservations work because it's not explained to you. The beach was great to walk on and things were close by. The pool was never busy so that was nice. Make sure to bring plenty of small bills! Covid testing was easy and right at the hotel.

A equipe realmente torna este lugar especial. Todos foram /excelentes/ mas especialmente Irving e Irene. A comida era ótima, as bebidas eram ótimas, os jardins eram lindos. O resort fica no lado menor, o que foi muito bom, não super barulhento ou indisciplinado, mas apenas energia suficiente.Algumas coisas que não foram um problema para nós, mas podem ser para você: há algumas coisas que precisam ser consertadas, como a porta do banheiro que não fechou corretamente e o chuveiro estava meio vazado. Não havia lugares suficientes para conectar seu(s) telefone(s). Os banheiros ao lado da piscina poderiam usar mais algumas limpezas por dia, talvez. Uma camada de tinta poderia realmente transformar isso em algo.

The staff truly make this place special. Everyone was /excellent/ but especially Irving and Irene. The food was great, drinks were great, the grounds were beautiful. The resort is on the smaller side which was really nice, not super noisy or rambunctious but just enough energy. A few things that weren’t deal breakers for us but might be for you: there are a few things that need to be fixed up like the bathroom door didn’t close properly and the shower was kinda leaky. There weren’t enough places to plug in your phone(s). The poolside bathrooms could use a few more cleans a day maybe. A coat of paint could truly turn this into something.

"I absolutely loved the people, we got a beach view balcony room. Sunset at the beach is breath taking. Resort is not too huge so it’s perfect place for families with kids. The resort is kids friendly. They have Zumba, water aerobics everyday which is nice. The staff is very friendly. We got our family pics taken by Love Light Studio- Gabriel Estrella, strongly recommend him. He was very patient and did a great job with the clicks.

Habitaciones las habitaciones no tienen balcón y en las fotos del hotel si se ven que tienen balcón, los muebles ya están maltratados y de mala calidad. hace falta mantenimiento en general.Recepción y Servicio el día que yo fui solo había una muchacha atendiendo, de buena actitud pero se le junto el trabajo y yo junto con otros clientes duramos esperando mucho tiempo, al final no me pudo resolver mis dudas ni me solicitud de cambiarme a una habitación con balcón sin importar que estuviera mas caro y termine por no pasar una mala estancia cambiando de hotel a pesar que no me regresaron el dinero completo, me penalizaron con la mitad de mi estadía.

Quartos de dormir os quartos não têm varanda e nas fotos do hotel se vir que têm varanda, os móveis já estão gastos e são de má qualidade. manutenção geral é necessária.Recepção e Atendimento No dia em que fui, só comparecia uma menina, com boa atitude, mas o trabalho dela veio junto e eu, junto com outros clientes, esperei muito tempo, no final ela não conseguiu tirar minhas dúvidas ou me pedir para mudar um quarto com varanda sem Independentemente de ser mais caro e acabei por não ter uma má estadia ao mudar de hotel, embora não tenham devolvido o dinheiro na íntegra, penalizaram-me com metade da estadia.

Just spent 3 glorious weeks at the Occidental and we cannot say enough about how wonderful it was ! The staff were all amazing and a lot of fun! Special thanks to Lennon at the front desk for all his help! The food in all the restaurants was great, from the oatmeal to the lobster😊. Rooms were very clean and very comfortable! We will return!!

Vine a este hotel hace dos años , por eso regresé, por la calidad y servicio . ahora entiendo que por la contingencia sea diferente, pero la atención de los meseros deja mucho quedesear, a pesar de que yo siempre dejo propina de $50-$100 . La calidad de los licores también bajo mucho, se supone que son del grupo de barceló. ahora muchas son genéricas o de similares. a mi gusta el frangelico y ahora solamente el primer día, me dieron de una copa de una botella que les habías quedado antes de cerrar el hotel por el covid.

Can't use Jacuzzi if your not a Royal member.All other properties we stay at have a Jacuzzi for all guests in pool area. I think the royals can have their private but one should be available to all guests.Also the noise from partying kept us up two nights till 2 am....wheres security?The gift shop bought a travel mug from TJ Max for 12.95. They left that retail sticker on the bottom and wanted 25.00 retail

Em primeiro lugar, direi que a equipe de serviço do resort merece 5 estrelas. No entanto, o próprio hotel e os funcionários administrativos merecem menos de zero estrelas. Se menos 5 estrelas fossem possíveis, este seria o momento de usá-lo.No primeiro dia em que chegamos, notamos problemas com a nossa porta. A moldura foi danificada e a porta não travou. No dia 2, eles substituíram a porta.Aliás, nosso quarto ficava diretamente sob o Royal Club e cadeiras de madeira arrastando pelo chão de ladrilho são um barulho constante em todo o quarto, das 6h às 23h.No dia 2, reclamamos sobre os convidados barulhentos "comemorando" até depois das 2 da manhã. Eu sou totalmente a favor de suas férias, mas não à custa de todos os outros hóspedes que estão aproveitando as deles. Quando a administração foi chamada para acalmá-los, nada foi feito.Dia 3, nossos cartões-chave não funcionariam. Eles recodificaram, duas vezes, apenas para descobrir que o leitor de cartão na porta precisava ser consertado. Meu marido pediu para mudar de quarto, mas a gerência “não foi capaz de atender ao nosso pedido”. Agradável!No dia 4, o chuveiro, que não ficava no lugar desde o primeiro dia, caiu completamente durante o uso, enviando água para todos os lugares. Foi solicitada manutenção e o chuveiro foi substituído.Mais convidados barulhentos no bar do saguão até 2h30. Outra ligação para a recepção, mas sem resposta. Acho que eles também estavam gostando da diversão.Dia 5 mais divertido no saguão, então estávamos acordados e notamos um som pingando vindo do banheiro. Entrou para encontrar o quarto inundando do teto - outra chamada para manutenção. Estava tudo encharcado e só conseguimos toalhas para limpar. De acordo com a gerência, eles não têm secadores, por isso não conseguimos secar nada. Alguns itens tiveram que ser jogados fora.Os dias 6 a 11 trouxeram mais celebrações noturnas e noites sem dormir - e manhãs. O que deveria ter sido umas férias no paraíso foi tudo menos isso. Se você está planejando uma escapada para o PV, fique em qualquer outro lugar!

No es un todo incluido... Hay albercas a las que no pueden entrar las personas con tipo x de brazalete... En la comida siempre es lo mismo no hay variedad... Las bebidas no son del todo buenas a comparación de otros lugares... Lo único agradable en si era la playa. No más

First let me say that the service staff at the resort deserve 5 stars. However, the hotel itself and the management staff deserve a less than zero stars. If minus 5 stars were possible, this would be the time to use it. The first day we arrived, we noticed issues with our door. The frame was damaged, and the door wouldn’t secure. On day 2, they replaced the door. BTW, our room was directly under the Royal Club and wooden chairs dragging across the tile floor are a constant noise throughout the room from 6 a.m. to 11 p.m. Day 2 we complained about loud guests “celebrating” until after 2 a.m. I’m all for enjoying your vacation but not at the expense of all other guests enjoying theirs. When management was called to quiet them, nothing was done. Day 3 our key cards wouldn’t work. Had them recoded, twice, only to find the card reader on the door needed to be fixed. My husband asked to change rooms but management was “unable to accommodate our request”. Nice! Day 4 the shower head, which wouldn’t stay in place from day one, completely fell off while in use sending water everywhere. Maintenance called and the shower head replaced. More loud guests in the lobby bar until 2:30 a.m. Another call to the front desk but no answer. I guess they were enjoying the fun too. Day 5 more fun in the lobby so we were up and noticed a dripping sound coming from the bathroom. Went in to find the room flooding from the ceiling – another call to maintenance. Everything was drenched and all we got were towels to clean things up. According to management, they have no dryers so we were unable to dry anything. Some items had to be thrown out. Days 6 – 11 brought more late-night celebrations and sleepless nights – and mornings. What should have been a vacation in paradise was anything but. If you’re planning a getaway to PV, stay ANYWHERE else!

Obnoxiously loud and bad-sounding band playing/singing right by the room windows late into the night. Forget peace and sleep and instead stay up listening to their shrieking. They're twice as loud from behind the sound proof windows as your TV inside. Extremely annoying. Ruined entire experience. And then early in the morning they wake you up with loud construction noises that make your room shake while echoing through the entire building. Construction needs to be announced when people are booking so those that need stay in the room for one reason or another could book elsewhere. This stay is getting worse by the minute.

Depois de Covid 19, muitas pessoas estão desesperadas para fugir por causa dessa situação estressante e apenas relaxar e se divertir, nós também, é por isso que, e porque queremos aproveitar nosso clube de férias, fizemos reservas neste regime tudo incluído hotel. Estávamos visitando este local há 2 anos e levei minha família para comemorar o aniversário do meu pai e, naquela ocasião, tivemos problemas com o quarto da minha irmã e do meu pai, o encanamento não estava muito bom e as pias estavam entupidas e o a água da pia desceu muito devagar e, por causa disso, o banheiro fedia. O quarto da minha irmã foi consertado, mas meu pai nunca. Nesta ocasião, queremos estar em Puerto Vallarta, porque amamos esta cidade, então o fizemos! Prós: Segurança: Agora, neste momento de pandemia, é claro, tudo é diferente. O hotel está tomando todas as medidas necessárias e todos os cuidados em torno da instalação. Eu vejo pessoas limpando e desinfetando algumas áreas, senão, você pode encontrar máquinas de gel higienizado por todo o hotel (como elevadores externos, fora de cada restaurante, entrando no hotel, incluindo todos os banheiros), o pessoal do hotel está medindo a temperatura antes de entrar para o hotel, e entrando em todos os restaurantes. Cada funcionário está usando máscara, cobertura facial e tentando impor a distância social 👏👏👏 !! Contras: Segurança: São os visitantes que estão se esquecendo da Covid 19, todo mundo devia estar usando máscara 😷, mas muita gente não liga, distância social? É uma piada para muitos, o bar principal à noite, ficava cheio de gente bêbada, sem máscara é claro e sentando pra fechar, bebendo e se abraçando! O hotel hospeda 2 casamentos e era o mesmo .... para um monte de gente lotada e bêbada. Claro, a empresa está fiscalizando suas finanças, isso é compreensível, mas as pessoas? Eles se esqueceram de sua própria segurança e da segurança de sua família! Prós: Funcionários: Quero deixar claro que todos os funcionários com quem interagimos foram extremamente prestativos, super amigáveis, muito legais e absolutamente profissionais e prestativos, tolerantes e felizes em atendê-lo, não importa o que você precise !!! Minha extrema e sincera gratidão às próximas pessoas 🙏 Abel Hernandez, que era o concierge do First Club e faz todo o possível para me fazer sentir sempre bem-vindo e feliz. Eu tive um jantar romântico privado na praia, e ele pessoalmente estava nos verificando, se certificando de que tudo estava perfeito 👌! Ele também estava sempre cuidando dos horários que eu ia reclamar de muita gente que fumava dentro da piscina do primeiro club, da piscina infantil e da área regular. Presenciei quando ligamos pelo rádio para o pessoal da segurança, para cuidarmos da situação de fumar repetidamente! Tudo o que eu precisava, Abel estava lá para nós! No restaurante Royal Club: Manhã: Tito Salazar, sempre recebendo, medindo temperaturas, sentando e atendendo as pessoas com um grande sorriso e uma atitude absolutamente incrível (mesmo quando estava fazendo muitos trabalhos ao mesmo tempo) Capitão Erick Ruiz Guzman, sempre presente com retidão e cuidando de cada situação com profissionalismo! Noite: Alberto Espinoza e Andres Rios ... sempre cuidando para que tudo na minha mesa estivesse cheio, correto e correto, sempre com uma atitude profissional e prestativa! Piscina do First Club: Luis Robles, Fernando García, Agustis Loeza y Julio .... estiveram sempre presentes, no calor, rosto coberto, longas horas, mas sempre levando as bebidas corretas a todos os convidados, nunca nos deixamos secar e nos certificando de que estamos tendo nosso melhor tempo de férias! Eu queria tirar um momento para agradecer ao Michael, que normalmente trabalha no restaurante italiano ou japonês e foi meu garçom pessoal no meu jantar romântico ... ele estava de pé e atendendo e homem simpático! Contras gerais: Gostaria que esta grande empresa tivesse um melhor entendimento sobre a situação e se possível pudesse monitorar a área da piscina (First Club) A situação do fumo está descontrolada, tive de andar 4 dias seguidos na zona normal da piscina e procurar a senhora segurança!

After Covid 19, many people is desperate to be away for this stressful situation and just relax and have a great time, we do too, that's why, and because we want to take advantage to our vacation club, we did reservations on this all inclusive hotel. We had been visiting this location 2 years ago and I took my family to celebrate my dad's birthday, and in that occasion, we had issues with my sister and my dad's room, the plumbing wasn't very good and the sinks were clogged and the sink water went down really slow, and for that, the restroom stunk. My sisters room was fixed, but my dad's never. This occasion, we want to be at Puerto Vallarta, because we love this town, so we did it! Pros: Safety: Right now, on this pandemic time, of course, everything is different. The hotel is taking all the necessary steps and all the precautions around the installation. I see people cleaning and disinfecting some areas, if not, you can find sanitized gel machines all around the hotel (like outside elevators, outside every restaurant, getting into the hotel,including every bathroom), the hotel personal is taking the temperature before entering to the hotel, and entering to every restaurant . Every single employee's wearing mask, face cover and trying to enforce the social distance 👏👏👏 !! Cons: Safety: The visitors are the one who's forgetting about Covid 19, everyone should be wearing the mask 😷, but a lot of people don't care, social distance? It's a joke for many, the main bar at night, it was full of drunk people, without the mask of course and seating to close, drinking, and hugging each other! The hotel host 2 weddings and it was the same....to crowded and a lot of drunk folks. Of course, the company is looking over their finances, that's understandable, but the people? They forgot about their own safety and their family safety! Pros: Employees: I want to make clear, that every single employee that we interacted with, was extremely helpful, super friendly, really nice and absolutely professional and serviceable, tolerating and happy to serve you, no matter what you need!!! My extremely and sincere gratitude to the next people 🙏 Abel Hernandez, who was the First Club concierge and makes every single effort to makes me feel always welcomed and happy. I had a private romantic dinner on the beach, and he personally was checking on us, making sure that everything was perfect 👌! He also was always taking care the times that I went to make a complaint about a lot of people who was smoking inside of the first club pool, the kids pool and at the regular area. I witnessed when we called for the radio to the security personal, to take care about the repeatedly smoking situation! Everything that I needed, Abel was there for us! At the Royal Club restaurant: Morning: Tito Salazar, always receiving, taking temperatures, seating and attending people with a big smile and a absolutely amazing attitude (even when he was doing a lot of jobs at the same time) Captain Erick Ruiz Guzman, always there with rectitude and taking care of every single situation with professionalism! Night : Alberto Espinoza and Andres Rios... always making sure that everything in my table was filled, correct and right, always with a professional and serviceable attitude! First Club pool: Luis Robles, Fernando García, Agustis Loeza y Julio.... they were always there, at the hot weather, face covered, long hours, but always bringing the correct drinks to all guests, never let us go dry and making sure that we're having our best vacation time! I wanted to take a moment to say thank you to Michael, who normally works at the Italian or Japanese restaurant and was my personal waiter in my Romantic dinner... he was standing and attending and friendly man! General cons: I wished that this big company would have a better understanding about the situation and if possible, be able to monitoring the pool area (First Club) The smoking situation is out of control, I had to go 4 days in a row around the regular pool area and look for the lady security guard!

The beach and water in an ocean is bad this year. Water is with something black like sewerage...Hotel is not performing water or beach cleaning, just ironing the sand with wooden mop at the mornings sometimes. Several times I got punctured by plastics. Sticks are all way along the beach what makes hard to walk or go out from an ocean without getting hurt... It will be great to use sand cleaning machine like I sawin Bulgaria’s Golden Beaches, in Egypt, Spain.Hotel is under construction. No disclosure about that anywhere.. Noise is constant 24/7 even on the other side of the hotel because of the A/c from the restaurants and kitchen. It was hard to sleep during nights. Only few rooms have a balcony where you can dry bathing suites. Inside of the evening show room the temperature is freezing even for Canadian people... Improvements are needed.Staff is nice and friendly, food and entertainment are good.

Não recomendo. 1 hora para fazer check in, quartos com um cheiro a mofo horrível. Ar condicionado a fazer um barulho terrível (foram arranjar e ainda ficou pior), janela estragada e rede rota. Apesar de pedirmos para trocar de quarto não atenderam ao pedido. A piscina estava verde, e apesar de kilos de cloro, continuou verde e sem nenhuma indicação ou limitação de uso para os hospedes. Usei so a praia que é fantastica. Para os não nativos cuidado com a comida e com o gelo. Neste momento estou com medicação. O resto do pessoal sempre muito simpáticos.
