“Charismatic hotel with room for improvement.
The Pluses:
(1) Really friendly staff at the reception
(2) Key card controlled access to entrance for added security
The Negatives
(1) the experience will be much better if they’d put in some air refreshers / diffusors - there is a really unpleasant sewer kind of smell everywhere
(2) There is a sunken floor board in my room with the nails sticking out right outside of the bathroom. I had to carefully avoid stepping on it so to not get myself hurt.”

“Overall was a good stay. The location was great and the staff was super friendly and helpful. The room was just really small (I opted for a king bedroom, which looked spacious from pictures), also the additional amenity fee per night seems excessive given there's a very small gym, and a limited game room in basement that I don't think is often used. (If you're a tourist, I'm sure you'd rather be browsing the city than hanging out in the game room)”
