Welcome to Europamundo! Upon arriving at the airport, we will be waiting to transfer you to your hotel. Check the information boards in the hotel reception area for details of the welcome meeting with your guide and fellow travelers.

TODAY’S HIGHLIGHTS: City Tour of Lisbon. Evening transfer.
In the morning we will have a sightseeing tour with a local guide. We will visit the traditional neighborhoods including the Belem district, which is the birthplace of the great Portuguese navigators who sailed the oceans in the Fifteenth Century. We will have a look around the Monument of the Discoveries, Belem Tower, and the beautiful Jeronimos Monastery, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Enjoy the free afternoon when you are free to explore the city at your own leisure. In the late afternoon, we will have a transfer to the Restauradores Square, a public square with plenty of restaurants and cafes. We suggest you ride the Elevador Da Gloria funicular that takes you to the viewpoint of San Pedro with beautiful views over Lisbon and the Bairro Alto. Return to the hotel.

Today we will travel to the north of Portugal and visit FATIMA, an important sanctuary (a pilgrimage site). We will continue on through the green lands of the centre, passing into Spain and then, over grasslands, we will cross the North of Extremadura. Lunch included en route at a regional cuisine restaurant. We will travel on to MADRID where we will be arriving towards the end of the day. Then we include transfer to Plaza Mayor where you can enjoy at some typical taverns.

Por la mañana tendremos una visita panorámica de la ciudad donde conoceremos los puntos monumentales más representativos. Tarde libre. El guía le ofrecerá opcionalmente realizar una excursión a Toledo o por la noche un espectáculo flamenco.

Saldremos hacia tierras de Castilla y el País Vasco. En SAN SEBASTIÁN podremos pasear por la playa de la Concha y tomar algún vino en su casco viejo. Paso a Francia. BURDEOS, llegada al final de la tarde. Le sugerimos un paseo por el centro de la ciudad.

Tierras de vinos y coñac nos llevan a la Región del Loira. Conocemos CHAMBORD, probablemente el castillo más espectacular del Valle del Loira (entrada incluida al parque). PARÍS, llegada a media tarde.

Incluimos un traslado al Palacio de Versalles. Podrá pasear por sus hermosos jardines o visitar su interior si lo desea. Iremos tras ello al barrio bohemio de Montmartre, con sus artistas al aire libre y sus pequeños restaurantes. Tiempo para almorzar y continuación con visita panorámica de París con guía local. Regreso al hotel. Opcionalmente podrá asistir a algún espectáculo de variedades.

Sightseeing tour of AMSTERDAM. We will visit its narrow canals, Dam Square, its parks and official buildings. We will also have an opportunity to see the diamond cutting technique. Free time. We will depart from Amsterdam to Germany after lunch. Arrival in HANNOVER.

TODAY´S HIGHLIGHT: North of Germany and farming regions of Jutland.
After breakfast, we leave Hannover for HAMBURG, where we go around its lake and see its busy port full of life, time for lunch. After lunch we travel to FLENSBURG a pretty seaside village with its marina on the border with Denmark. Our route goes on to AARHUS, Denmark’s second largest city in the center of Jutland.

Day 12 - Aarhus - Kristiansand - Flekkefjord - Stavanger

TODAY´S HIGHLIGHTS: Norwegian coastline.
We will travel to HIRTSHALS, where we will take a ferry crossing the North Sea to Norway. A three-hour voyage to KRISTIANSAND. We will continue along Norway’s southern coastline and enjoy its stunning landscapes. Next stop in FLEKKEFJORD, a town with its wooden houses and tiny restaurants on a fjord. Arrival to STAVANGER, a small picturesque town that has an active port by the fjord.
Note: Ferry operation hours vary depending on the months. Sometimes it is normally reserved to have lunch on the boat.

TODAY´S HIGHLIGHTS: beautiful fjord and sea landscapes. Funicular trip to mount Floyen.
Upon leaving the city, we will stop at the ‘Swords in Rock’ monument, where we will be reminded of the Vikings, before continuing the very beautiful scenic tour. We follow the route going through tunnels, bridges and travel some stretches by boat to go along the fjord coast of Norway. One of its undersea tunnels is the deepest one in the world. This stage gets more relaxed and spectacular with its two boat trips. We will arrive in BERGEN at lunch time. We take a funicular trip to Mount Fløyen which offers amazing views of the town and Bergen fjord. There will be some leisure time later to enjoy the capital city of fjords.

More fantastic landscapes today, images of Norway’s interior region fjords, glaciers, lakes and forests. We will travel to SOGNEFJORD, Norway’s largest fjord. Prior to arrival, we will stop at the beautiful TVINDEFOSSEN waterfall. We will take a magnificent cruise between the cities of GUDVANGEN and FLAM; enjoy stunning landscapes during this two-hour voyage. We continue our journey crossing magnificent snow-covered landscapes. We travel through Lærdal Tunnel, one of the longest in the world. Next, a visit to BORGUND’s 12th century wooden church (entrance included) which is considered Norway’s best-preserved medieval church. We arrive in OSLO with free time to check out its port, main streets, and the artworks at Frognerparken.

We include a sightseeing tour with a local guide of the Norwegian capital; this city combines its vibrant modern architecture with its classical buildings, magnificent scenery and large parks with sculptures. It has been nominated the "European green capital". After the tour, free time.
Departure for Sweden. Enjoy landscapes with forests and lakes. Next stop in OREBRO, a town next to a beautiful lake with a castle and charming historic center. Time for stroll. Continuing to STOCKHOLM, arriving in the evening.

We will see the Gamla Stand or the “City between the Bridges”, the old quarter of the city, full of life where there are many monumental buildings such as the Nobel Museum, alongside the main square of Stortorget, which pays tribute to the winners of the Nobel Prizes, the Cathedral and the Royal Palace. Whenever possible, we will enjoy a pretty view from the Fjällgatan viewpoint. Then leisure time. We recommend visiting the museums and parks. Optionally, we suggest a visit to the City Hall and to the Vasa museum.

TODAY’S HIGHLIGHTS: Ferry crossing from Sweden to Denmark.
Departing Stockholm we travel south. After spending some time in the active coastal town of HELSINGBORG, we will take a ferry from Sweden to HELSINGOR in Denmark in the early afternoon. Enjoy some time in Helsingor, Hamlet’s hometown, where the great Kronborg Castle stands out, before we resume our trip to COPENHAGEN, arriving in the evening.
Note: On holidays or during conferences, we may stay in Malmö, a Swedish city located 25km from Copenhagen and connected by a fantastic suspension bridge.
Departing Stockholm we travel south. After spending some time in the active coastal town of HELSINGBORG, we will take a ferry from Sweden to HELSINGOR in Denmark in the early afternoon. Enjoy some time in Helsingor, Hamlet’s hometown, where the great Kronborg Castle stands out, before we resume our trip to COPENHAGEN, arriving in the evening.

In the morning, comprehensive tour of the Danish capital with a local guide. Copenhagen is the largest Scandinavian city, and full of contrasts: the popular Tivoli, Christianborg Palace, the terraces of Nyhavn, the Mermaid... After the visit we will leave for the south of Denmark. In GEDSER we take a ferry, a journey of about two hours to Germany. Arrival at Warnemunde continuation to BERLIN, arrival at the end of the day.
Note: if only a few passengers make the journey between Copenhagen/Berlin, this route can be done on a regular passenger line without changing the content of this stage.

We will visit the historic center, Museum Island, the Reichstag, the Brandenburg Gate and the city’s magnificent parks. We continue our visit by stopping at the Holocaust Memorial and the Berlin Wall Museum. This visit can help us to understand the difficult situation the city experienced during the Twentieth Century. Free time to explore the city.

Viajamos entre bosques hacia DRESDE, ciudad que gracias a su excepcional patrimonio arquitectónico y artístico se ha convertido en uno de los centros turísticos principales de Alemania. Tiempo para almorzar y conocer sus palacios. Posteriormente pasamos a la República Checa. PRAGA, llegada a media tarde, incluimos visita panorámica de esta ciudad, una de las más hermosas de Europa, destaca el Castillo, la Plaza del Ayuntamiento y el hermoso Puente de Carlos. (nota: la visita podrá ser realizada el día domingo). Al final del día incluimos un traslado nocturno al centro, donde se encuentran numerosas cervecerías tradicionales
