Faremos uma visita panorâmica à cidade de Atenas; conheceremos o Palácio Presidencial, o estádio Panatenaico onde se celebraram os primeiros jogos olímpicos modernos, a biblioteca nacional, as movimentadas praças do centro, os novos bairros surgidos com as olimpíadas de 2004 e a Acrópoles (entrada não incluída). À noite faremos um Traslado à região de PLAKA, local repleto de pequenas tabernas gregas onde você também poderá desfrutar do rico folclore deste país.

Sairemos de manhã para a região do Peloponeso. Faremos uma parada no CANAL DE CORINTO. Depois disso passaremos um tempo na imensa fortaleza de ACROCORINTO, ingresso incluído. Na parte mais alta do assentamento descansam os alicerces do Templo de Afrodite. Continuaremos rumo a MICENAS, colossal cidadela do século XVIII A.C., berço da primeira civilização europeia (ingresso incluído). Pararemos em TRÍPOLI, capital provincial em uma região produtora de excelentes vinhos. No meio da tarde continuaremos rumo a OLÍMPIA. Jantar incluído.

Com guia local visitaremos OLÍMPIA, você poderá conhecer o recinto arqueológico (ingresso incluído) que foi berço dos Jogos Olímpicos na antiguidade. Posteriormente, atravessaremos o montanhoso interior do Peloponeso. Continuaremos rumo a PATRAS, onde visitamos a catedral ortodoxa da cidade, a maior da Grécia. Tempo para almoçar. Às 17h30 (o horário pode variar) embarcaremos em um moderno ferry-boat, suas condições são as de um cruzeiro. A embarcação segue pela costa grega passando junto às ilhas de Ítaca e Cefalônia e faz parada em Igumenitsa. Alojamento em camarotes duplos com banheiro.

Notas: Em ocasiões, por razões climáticas, revisão da embarcação ou modificação de horários, greves, ferry-boat completo poderíamos tomar um ferry-boat diferente a partir de Igumenitsa ou então fazer a viagem para Roma de avião. Café da manhã não incluído no ferry-boat.


Nota: desde o 01/07 até o 09/09 o horário de saída do ferry de Patras será às 14:30 horas, sendo o itinerário modificado. Durante este período, não haverá parada em Patras para adiantar a saída, porém uma parada será feita em Assis no dia seguinte a caminho de Roma.

Manhã descansando a bordo em nossa travessia pelo mar Adriático. Chegada a Ancona prevista para as 14h00, desembarque, continuaremos para LORETO, tempo para conhecer o Santuário da Santa Casa de Loreto, casa da Virgem Maria, e percorrer seu belo centro medieval. Posteriormente, atravessaremos os Apeninos entre belas paisagens na região dos Abruzzos. ROMA - Chegada prevista para o final do dia -.

TODAY’S HIGHLIGHTS: City tour of Rome. Roman Coliseum (admission price included). Evening transfer to the Trastevere area.

In the morning, we have a scenic tour, which will be a great introduction to “The Eternal city”. We will visit the tiny state of the Vatican, the epicenter of Christianity in the world. You will be able to visit St. Peter’s Basilica. We have included admission to the Roman Coliseum, the symbol of Rome. This impressive con­struction dates back 2,000 years and will transport us in time so that we can learn about ancient society in the Roman Empire.

At the end of the evening we arrange a transfer to Trastevere area for a stroll in the narrow cobbled streets of the district with hidden treasures, such as some modest medieval churches, small shops with the most peculiar of objects or scenes of daily life. Many trattorias (informal Italian eating establishments) and osterias (inns) imbued with the Italian spirit will be ready to serve you local dishes. Other restaurants serving Indian, Chinese and international food can be found in this area. Return to hotel.

Note: on some occasions, instead of the entrance to the Roman Colosseum, the entrance will be given to the Imperial Forums, an impressive architectural complex formed by monumental buildings and squares, center of the political activity of Imperial Rome.

Today we will leave Rome, heading north. This route has beautiful landscapes. Arriving in FLORENCE, we head straight to the impressive Piazzale Michelangelo. In the evening we take a tour with a local expert, walking through the historic center, taking in places such as the Ponte Vecchio, the Duomo, and Plaza della Signoria. This city is truly an outdoor museum. Enjoy some leisure time to explore. In the evening you will have time for dinner, as, in this district you can find many restaurants serving international cuisine.

TODAY’S HIGHLIGHTS: Boat on Venice’s Canal. Visit and admission to the St. Mark´s Basilica. Admire the technique of crafting Murano Glass.

Today we enjoy stunning mountain landscapes while crossing the Apennine Mountains. We will arrive in VENICE and take the boat and cross the Giudecca to the Island of Venice. With a local guide, we will visit the marvelous St. Mark´s Square and enter the Basilica (entrance included). Afterwards, we will visit the Murano Glass Factory. It is fascinating to see the technique of how this ancient glass is made. Enjoy some time at leisure to explore. Accommodation in the Mestre district.

TODAY´S HIGHLIGHTS: Breathtaking alpine scenery, lakes and snow-peaked mountains.

We will depart Venice and head to Austria. Arrival in INNSBRUCK, time to take a stroll in its historic town center and to have lunch. Next, we will continue our journey through the wonderful Tyrolean sceneries as we cross into Switzerland. Arrival in ZURICH. Free time in the historic city center which sits right by the lake. There is a wide variety of local and international restaurants where you can have dinner at.

TODAY´S HIGHLIGHTS: Admire the fantastic landscapes. Cable car included to Grindelwald. Lunch included.

Today´s journey has beautiful landscapes with high mountains and lakes. Breathtaking scenery in the region of Interlaken. We will stop in GRINDELWALD where we will have time for a coffee before taking the cable car up to mountain. We will walk along the winding path which will lead us to the suspended bridge. Dare to walk across the bridge amongst the fantastic scenery enjoying glaciers all around us. We will have lunch up in the mountain (included) before heading back down. We continue to LUCERNE, one of the most beautiful cities in Switzerland. In the evening we have time to stroll around, enjoying the city and to have dinner before returning to the hotel in Zurich.

Note: The guide will offer you the possibility of a full day optional visit, leaving in the morning and, after some free time to discover Lucerne, we take a rotating cable car to reach the top of Mount Titlis. At the alpine summit, at over 3000m above sea level, you will enjoy breathtaking views of the glacier and the Alps.
