“Absolutely no help checking in. Offer room service...none. the restaurant wanted to charge me an uncorking fee.. for a guest of the hotel? The desk person FORGOT to call our car that was meeting us at the airport. I WILL NEVER STAY HERE AGAIN. NO CUSTOMER OR GUEST SERVICE.”

“This is a very nice hotel in a bustling part of chicago. Many things are within walking distance. The rooms are modern as well as the restroom and shower. The coffee shop downstairs is also good. Parking was very annoying and we had to find a garage 10 minutes away. If you want an awesome place to get a drink, check out 3 dots and a dash nearby.”
