“Beautiful view, nice reception too. Great location and Free shuttle to downtown. We weren't happy with the lobby restaurant service or food but we're so happy with the hotel itself and would definitely come back again.”

“It’s amazing how one person can affect your trip at first encounter. We had drove 12 hours to be greeted by the rudest front desk receptionist (Mariah). She had an issue with us checking in and sarcastically stated “we have a GREAT room for you guys” only to be put into the tiniest shoe box room. When we tried to go back and talk to another front desk receptionist the same previous girl came out to whisper “put them in …” which was the room across the hall facing the dumpster BUT with a balcony! The whispering was unnecessary and rude. I gave up with dealing with her and decided to wait until the next day, we were ready to just check out and find another hotel. However after working with Desiree, she was extremely pleasant, kind, and professional. She resolved our issue and also agreed that behavior was not okay. Thank you Desiree. She completely turned our stay around and it made it enjoyable! Also this location should seriously look into who they hire, this is a hotel not a place where you come to be scrutinized and mocked. Remember that the first person you encounter can affect your whole stay. :)”
